Does anybody have an update on Zeke? The yorkie that was stolen from the lady that lives in Modesto? Thanks..Rontiss1

I wanna know too. Every time i get on i do a search on the name Zeke and it seems that every thread gets closed. Does anyone know anything??

I thought I read Maureen will be searching on her own now. In the meantime I read she has new puppies to keep her occupied.

Hi girls,
Galatea has been intouch with me by phone and it seems the investigation has hit a dead end.:(
I'm Kat, the daughter of the Boston Detective that tried to help Maureen out by trying to get info on the officers in charge of Zeke's case.
Unfortunately, he was never given any info to go on. :confused:
I guess she decided to continue the investigation on her own as some of you may know.
Yes the thread always got closed down because certain people weren't allowed to for their opinions.
And others just got down right ugly with their comments.:thumbdown
I'm sorry we will never know what happened to Zeke.
My prayes are always with lil Zeke.:aimeeyork

I never said a negative thing the whole time this madness was going on.

Hopefully when Zeke is found Maureen will come back and let us know. I will continue to pray for their reunion:hands:

I've been watching and hoping that we'd get some good news. Thanks for the update. I'm so happy that Maureen has new puppies. I'm still praying that they find Zeke. :love:

I don't think it was you're post. I think it was all the threads that got way out of line. Everyone wants to have Zeke found. And we will keep our hopes and prayers going. We just don't want the old lock to pop up again. ;)

Anyone who wants an update about Zeke should PM his mom. That's the way she wants it, and thats the way it should be.

Let's not be negative and hurtful to others who were positive and caring and stepped up to help by generously offering not only their prayers, but their time and personal resources to help find Zeke. I think we can all agree that it was incredibly generous and would have been very helpful for a detective with contacts at the Modesto Police Department to offer to get involved when it was being reported continuously that MPD was doing nothing to find Zeke when there were open leads.

I think the suggestion posted earlier is a good one: Since Maureen wants to keep her search private, inquiries about the search may be better made to her directly in private.
