morning kisses ... do any of you get these .. my little girl jumps on my bed every morning when my husbend leaves for work .. she sleeps at the foot of the bed .. then when shes ready to get up and go outside the bedroom she wont stay out of my face ... lickin me and bitting my nose .. how can i stop her .. or is that even possible .. i dont mind so much .. but hey .. i sleep late and she wants to get up at 6 am ... |
From my experience, their little inner clocks are set by the time they are a few months old or so. They, generally like to get up early. Of course, there is the lazy one every so often. But I guess you didn't get one of the lazy one's.:D |
Both of mine do that to me. I think it is a nice way to wake up in the morning but I am an early riser. |

Morning kisses! Wow, it depends on the season...as soon as it's daylight the kisses begin. Right now it's 5am! YIKES!:eek: But he is so cute, we get up to feed him anyway! I love the messed up teddy bear/face hair look that he has in the morning! It IS so cute!:D |

Love it too! Zachary gives me morning kisses when I get up and get him out of his sleeping crate. I am an early riser, usually a little before five and Zachary gets up then too. He usually naps about a hour or so later though. They are the sweetest little things. I always say "kisses, kisses" when I get him out. |
There nothing better then yorkie kisses, morning , noon and night. I love it now the getting up early I could do without.:) |
Yeah, my 3:45 AM wake up call this morning was quite a surprise. When I opened my eyes there was a little yorkie standing on my chest and then the tongue started. He needed to pee, and pee again and poop! haha I love yorkie kisses, even when i'm fast asleep!!! |

My two are not kissy girls. We've never had them get in our faces at anytime. If we ask Zada to give us a kiss she will, but Azrael will turn her face away if we get her up close to our face. |
Malachi wakes me every morning at 5am for kisses :rolleyes: Its funny because Ben and Indy are sleepers and they always look so peed off at him for waking them up :p |
That's how my day starts everyday. Loads of kisses, and I love to wake up to it. |

I don't get home from work until midnight and REALLY like to sleep in a little - BUT Sadie definitely has other ideas in the morning. She kisses me to death and won't stop until I get up. It makes me laugh so hard that she soooo persistent! What a great way to wake up though..... |

Kalina wakes me up every morning at 6AM to go outside. She does her "business" and then I take her back in the house and serve her her breakfast. After that we both lie down again for about an hour while I rub her belly and she kisses me and plays. I am glad she wakes me up at 6...the alternative wouldn't be pleasant. The hour we spend after she eats, just playing together, is heaven to me. I love it - and YES I used to be a late sleeper. :) |

Right now, just my oldest two sleep with me and as soon as I move a muscle in the morning.... they are pushing each other away to try and get to my face.:rolleyes: One will throw her body across my neck while the other one tries to creep in from over my head.. and on it goes. I don't especially like kisses on my face, but they will lick my hands till I get up, so then I have to hide my hands. :D I try to wake up and turn to look at the clock without them seeing me move, but it doesn't work. :cool: We usually sleep till around 7 but twice they "let" me sleep till 8!!! :eek: It was wonderful. |
hehe .. she cant jump on my bed with out the trunk being at the foot of the bed .. so when i move the trunk she runs back and forth all around the bed barking ..until i get up .. shes silly ....... |
I also used to be a late sleeper lol My boy sleeps with my 15 yr old and she's a very late sleeper. He's our lazy one so he will stay in bed and not bother her until she wakes up. He actually will go back to sleep if he sees her still sleeping:p My girl used to wake up really early about 5. I would take her out and then we would both go back to sleep lol Oh and yeah we wake up to lots and lots of kisses:D |

I have doggy steps for Gracie so she can get on and off the bed to take care of business without waking me up. The only morning kisses I get are the ones I cherish, when I am trying to get the gumption to wake up and get out of bed. She will generally snuggle with me for as long as I sleep. When I start to wake, she is right there with kisses all over my face, as if she is saying "I will help you wake up mommy!" |
who needs an alarm clock.. lexi wakes me up every morning at 6:15 am, week day or weekend... of course with kissses.. she just wants me up.. if i lay back down , she comes back again after 5 minutes and does it again until i finally get out of bed... shes a trip |
