New Addition to our family?
 

Hey everyone! Someone stopped me and my boyfriend the other night while we were walking our two girls. He asked us if we would want another one. At first my boyfriend was like, "oh no, these two are enough to handle" (haha). But then I was like, "what, wait a minute". So then he explained to us that his Dad has two yorkies, a boy and a girl named Holly. Holly pee'd on the couch and his Dad told him (the son) to get rid of her. My boyfriend asked him how much he would want for her...he said FREE! I was like "hell yeah". If everything works out, we are picking Holly up tonight. The son doesn't know too much from the way it sounds. But he said that Holly is about a year old and looks like my youngest yorkie. My youngest is 7 months old and blue/gold. Me & my boyfriend are moving into a newer, nicer place in two weeks so it's actually perfect timing! We have the tiled, hardwood floors for the doggies in case they have an accident:thumbup: :thumbup: . So potty training her shouldn't be a problem, Im sure my babies will teach her ;-) I can't wait and had to tell someone! haha. I sooo hope it works out. I would love to have another yorkie. My boyfriend doesn't want a third, but if thats the case then we'll give her to my Grandparents or someone we know. My Grandparents just moved to Colorado and they miss my yorkies coming over everyday, so Im sure they wouldn't mind having one. Wish me luck! If I get her tonight, I will definently have pictures up by tomorrow. :)

Yeah she peed on the couch, and now she's yours. I wish someone would give me a free yorkie, because it peed on the couch.

Good Luck...hopefully it works out for you all and you are able to take Holly home to your loving family. That is sad though that the Dad said to get rid of her because she had an accident. She deserves to get a new home.

Oh how sad...

I am very happy for you, but at the same time, very sad for the little Yorkie Boy. He is going to miss Holly so much.

Please tell this family that if they are thinking of 'getting rid' of the boy too, to please call you. I know you probably won't be able to keep them all, but I am sure you'd find a 'better' 'safe' home for him too! ;)

We weren't able to get her last night. This guy is frustrating me soo much! He said that his Grandfather is dying and he's been at the hospital with him. The town is in is about 1 hr from us. I hope he's telling the truth. Then he said that he would ask his girlfriend if she would give us the dog. I'd rather him give it to us, so that I can tell him that we'd take the boy off their hands if needed too. I also would like to know more about Holly when I pick her up. Im going to call him again today and see what happens. Wish me luck!

awww how exciting! and does it really matter what boyfriends or hubbys say when it comes to getting things we want hehe. hubby always says no and hmmm now i have 5 dogs. although i think the 5th one was pushing it for him lol.

Oh, it's sad what is happening to the Yorkies owner but I hope he gives them to you...I was waiting to log on this morning and see your new Yorkie...I'll be checking in, hoping it all works out :P

This guy has been giving up the run around for a week now. I don't think it's happening anymore. Now when we call him, he doesn't answer. Then we tried calling him from another number and he's screening his calls. He had his friend answer his cell phone and say that he wasn't there. The guy is VERY immature and obnoxious too...maybe on drugs? I will still keep calling til he tells me no for Holly's sake. I feel bad for those two yorkies. The guy sounds like he treats them badly. He was bragging about flinging the dog off the couch when she pee'd. It's soo frustrating and dissappointing all at the same time. I'll let you know what happens tomorrow. I left him two messages today. Thanks for great support :-)

OMG - You really need to try to get them BOTH out of there. I feel so bad for both of them. Please if you get Holly, please try to get the Boy too! How sad that would be if he was left there alone :(
