What a face! Beautiful kids, congrats. |
we also have 3 dogs that we took in for miltary people that had to deport 2 labs 1 jack russell terrier they all get along fine together, the yorkie stays on sideline and cheers during ball throwing time. have fun with your new family |
Congratulations for rescuing Salis . He is beautiful . |
To be honest I'm scared to death of German Shepards. Don't know why, but I really like that guy, and would love to give him a bone, or pet him IF you were there. I hope he finds a great home. What a great smile he has. |
Silas is beautiful. My stepdaughter workes with a GS rescue org. and is a foster mom. She has one GS and just adopted her currant rescue. She has found wonderful homes for others. My stepson also raises them. It's much harder to find homes for big dogs like that than it is for cute little dogs. Bless your heart for opening up your home and heart for Salis. |
congratulations on your new resue. Please watch the yorkies very carefully tho. no matter how they get along. just yesterday there was a lady on here mourning the loss of her yorkie that the GS had torn in two. A personal friend and neighbor of mine also had her yorkie recently killed by a GS she had for fourteen years. |
Thank-You all and yes we are watching all of them. Silas is in his crate unless Jack and I are in the room. He needs to get used to our routine, the pecking order, he has been a kennel dog since he came to the states. He washed out in Police Training. All of commands are in German, so we are learning his commands also. Sasha and him are doing really good together, Seth and Silas are of course (two males) finding the pecking order. RoxyJosMom you are sooo right little furbabies can find homes much quicker then big furbabies. Every furbaby deserves to have a 4-ever home. I just thank God everyday that Jack and I are at the point in our life that we can do this. Keep us in your prayers it is allittle hectic around here.:D :D |
