I am missing Murphy and Mia already!!
 
Well Hubby and I are going away for a short 5 day trip to the Keys WITHOUT my babies tomorrow. Most of you know I take them with me pretty much every where, even to run errands. :p

I have been packing up their things tonight because Grandma is coming to pick them up in the morning but I am already missing them and tearing up - how sad is that? :( :(

I know they will be fine at grandmas hanging out with their Cousins but I also know I am going to miss them both like CRAZY!! It just made me stop to think that these two have me wrapped around their little paws!!! :p :p

Please tell me there are others out there like me? :D

lol oh you are NOT alone.. we are going away in three weeks for the first time without layla.. for 5 days... and i'm sad about it already... i dont' know HOW i am going to leave her.... her babysitter is great... BUT... lol.. ok i am NOT being a help at all to you... lol.... they will be fine :) and think about HOW happy you will be to see them!!!

You are definitely not alone. I am dreading going back home for Christmas as I was told I can not take my three to my parents (my parents orders) :(. Absence does make the heart go fonder and it's so worth it to see those happy little faces when you get back :).

OH no ... you can not take your 3 to your parents house? That is so sad. I agree though adsence does make the heart grow fonder, I just ownder if that works for the pups - ha, ha!!

Although I have to say Murphy is asking if we can watch Miss Q for you while you are gone - ha, ha!! He loves her so much! He was drooling over her photos for Tinkerbells closet today!! :p :p :p He says he wants her to be his girlfriend!! :D

Oh, your NOT alone!!!! I'm supposed to fly out Friday.....and yesterday, almost canceled my trip. I came up with 100 reasons NOT to go!

As of this minute, trip is on. Who knows about 1 hour from now.

I leave Friday, and come back Wed!

1 has always taken the trip with me, but I've always driven this trip. This time, flying. I really don't want to go.

I went to see my mom for a week in May and left my boys with my bf at the time. My boys absolutely LOVED him so it was good for me to know how they would be happy with him for a week. I missed them LIKE crazy! Night was the worst when they were not sleeping with me ... so I told my mom if I come for Xmas they are coming. No more leaving them behind to visit her! She wants me there so badly so its not a problem! She has 2 little dogs of her own and one is 1/2 yorkie so she is starting to understand the yorkie love! hahaha
you can do it! :) Enjoy your time off... I know its not a job when you love them to pieces.. but imagine how much lighter your arm will feel for 5 days without a dog on it! :)

I have not taken a vacation since I got my little guy two years ago...I'm just not ready to leave him yet.

I've left Otis once for 2 nights. My friend stayed at my house with him. The first night he slept in the bed with her. The next night he was like... NO WAY. Look lady, you seem nice enough, but you are not my mom. Since I added Oliver to our family I haven't left them. It would be extremely difficult for me to trust anyone with them. Try to enjoy your trip!! You are not alone!!

i love crusing but cant stand to be away from my babies miss them so much i even bought a little stuffed yorkie on the ship. my husband said leave it on the night stand so it would be like he was there.
needlees to say we didnt cruise this year.

I don't go away much, but when I do I miss them like crazy. I even say prayers for them at night.

Oh I am so happy to see I am not alone, you guys are cracking me up. I am about to bid farewell to M&M.....I keep telling them mommy promises to bring to them something home.

I feel your pain! We're moving this week, so I dropped my 2 girls off at the vet this a.m. It would just be too traumatic for them with all the movers, etc. I pick them up Friday, but I am missing them SO much~
