Are All Posts Reviewed by Board Monitor Prior to Posting? I just responded to some wonderful people who offered suggestions for an problem I'm encountering with a Yorkie we're trying to rescue. I'm very new to this board and don't know all the rules yet, but I use common sense and it serves me well for the most part. I'm positive other posts I submitted went right through. However, after I clicked "Submit" for the one I just answered, I got a message that it wouldn't be posted until the board monitor reviewed it. Has that been happening all along, but I just didn't notice it, or because I posted during the day and they were very fast at pushing them through? Just curious and a bit baffled. (I hope I didn't inadvertently anger the censor gods...I thought I'd kept it clean--LOL!). Many thanks. Sandy |
Hi! I think I read that new members are subject to some kind of filter system, which is sometimes triggered by perfectly innocent posts. I'm sure it's nothing you said or did, and that your messege will be reviewed and posted soon! Welcome to YT! |
I had never heard of that one. I know sometimes if you try to submit two messages within a span of 30 seconds (or something similar), it tells you you have to wait. |
Here ya go, so you'll know you're not alone! :D (If you read the first post, and then the responses by admin on the second page, I think it addresses your issue!) http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=85773 |
