my Dentest When I went in for a night guard. He told me dont put it any where around your dog. He said any thing that has been in momys mouth they love. so this has to be the same. You know when I give Tede a cookie and he wont eat it,(picky) I put it up to my mouth and pretend I have it. I think its all the same. Just being by us works... go figure a yorkie jg |
wow....you learn something new everyday. I'm glad it's working for Mickey and Minnie. |
Thanks for the warning. I just got a nightguard so I will be sure to put it in the nightstand drawer. Little Kenzi loves to expore table tops. Quote:

I can't wait to add spit to Max's kibbles tonight! If that works, it'll be a miracle. Do you know (yes, of course you do) how much I've spent on stuff to add to his food so that he would eat? Spit is free, and easy - gross - but free and easy! Thanks, |
Does this work on Toddlers? Just kidding...I dont even have a toddler:D |

now please dont flame me for this but when my dog was about 3 months old I spit directly in his mouth so he knows my sent and taste and knows that I am his master. I have done it for all my doggies and they are great, the spit in the food works cause they trust the taste and sent of their masters |
wow! I wish i had known this trick when my Heidi was around..in her last few months she had so many 'off' days where she wouldn't eat, it used to worry me sick. |

Really? Wow i never thought of that. Of course though when London refuses to eat i just put fish oil and that works just as good. I guess they love their food to have some sort of moisture to it. |
I guess Max is too old - he's over a year old. I tried it last night and this morning, and he had no interest in changing his eating habits. I did though. It was so gross I was fascinated! The things we do for these Yorkies! |
