Thank you to some very special people
 
I wanted to thank all the people who were so thoughtful to send Jake and I a package with so many nice things, including a memorial for Lily's little grave. I think these people need special recognition for their kindness. I cannot express my gratitude enough!

Diggy4; red98vette; Paulapoo; Judy in Waco; Willow; LuvMySissy; Ozzie'sPerson; ARCHIE; Judyeve; Betty'sMom; YorkieMom55; Tinksmom; and TammyJM...I will never forget the thoughtfulness you have all shown me.

LuvMySissy, I LOVE the harness vest that you sent to Jake. He loves it too!! And, it fits perfect!!! I will definitely be ordering from you, your vests are awesome!

AND, my daughter also sent me a package today with an Irish Claddaugh ring in it with Lily's birthstone! How precious is that??

Thank you all from Jake and from me, we appreciate it so much!! I know that Lily is looking down and smiling right now because mommy is feeling much brighter today because of the kindess you all have shown. Thank you!!!

That's so cute Jake loves his new stuff.....I know Diggy put alot of thought into the gifts and how nice of Jodie to send Jake a little Harness :thumbup:

I'd love to see the Memorial if you can post pictures of it.

Selina - all I can say is Thank YOU for what you tried to do. You took that little sweetie into your life and while you're heart was broken ...you gave her joy and love in the short time you had her. It takes a special person to do what you did.

Rest in Peace little Lily....and hugs to her mom.

Your very welcome. Diggy worked hard to pick out just the right gifts for
you and Jake. I am so happy it put a smile on your face.
Your a very special person to do what you did. Taking a challenged pup
and trying to give her as much as a normal life as possible was a wonderful
thing to do. Although it was for such a short time she left her footprint
on your heart and memories for you to remember.

Oh I hope I did not leave a name off the card....I always feel like I am forgetting something if I did leave someone off please message me and I will slap myself for you.....

I enjoyed picking the stuff out and putting it all together with the help of YT'ers. And V said it best....we should be thanking you! You are a inspiration to anyone who knows your story!!

Yea if you can post a picture of the memorial I'm sure everyone would love to see it. I was with Paula when she picked it out and thought she did an awesome job

Thank you, Villette! I will take pictures of the memorial this weekend and post them. I can't bring myself to take pictures of her grave yet, but she is buried in our backyard, under a tree with the lillies. We chose a spot close to where we have our bonfires at night sometimes. My husband made something very special to bury her in. He loves Lily as much as I do, and we miss her something fierce!

I have learned so much from you throughout your journey with Lily.
Thank you for being an outstanding example of what a woman should be and do. Ok, enough of the emotional stuff!! Lets see your little man in his new vest!!!!!

awwwww thank you Paula! You are a pretty outstanding example yourself! I posted a pic of my little man in his new vest in the pictures section. :)
