I think I found the secret.... 1 Attachment(s) Maggie has been having trouble sleeping at night lately. She sleeps with me every night but lately has been keeping me up a lot because she just won't lay still. The night before last, I made her sleep in her crate...I was just exhausted and wanted to sleep. Well, last night, I put some PJ's on her before bed..and she slept ALL NIGHT. I actually did not wake up once until 7:30 this morning!! it wasn't anything major...just a night gown I got for her at target yesterday for $5 and she slept like an angel. I would have thought the opposite. I was worried she would get too hot. but she must have liked it... here she is in her bed up in my office this morning :) still wanting to sleep LOL |

I was having the same problem with Tobie sleeping with me in the bed, I couldn't really get a good night's sleep. One night i decided to try something and brought his doggie bed and put it up one side of my bed and he's slept in it ever since. He knows when I brush my teeth its time to go to bed and he will go in his bed, do the little "Yorkie dig thing" and then settle down. I tuck him in with his little blue blanket and he sleeps through the night. I have the rest of the bed to myself and have been getting much better night's sleep. |
She must have felt more cosy! these little babies do love to be tucked in and covered up.;) |
Maybe she was cold...I hope this does the trick...and you can both get some R&R. |

Ok, I'm trying this! I haven't slept through a whole night since February 21, thanks to Milli. She was fine from the 16th when we brought her home, for the next 5 days. And she's cried in the middle of the night every night since! Guess who's wearing PJ's tonight? |

Emma's PJ's are too big for Milli, so I found a nightgown I bought at Target last Christmas that is pretty small on Emma, and it fits ok. I took a picture of her in her nightgown while she was eating breakfast this morning! Here it is! |
ok, this is DEFINITELY the secret. i tested it...night before last night, maggie went nudie in bed. i got NO sleep..she was all over the bed. so last night, I put some nice snuggle pj's on her, she was out cold. we both got GREAT sleep. so this HAS to be the key here...she likes to be snuggly warm :) |
