Itching hi, just wondering if anyone could tell me why my little darling keeps scratching herself. shes coming up for 9wks old and ive had her for just under a wk. she went to the vet today for her first set of jags and she doesnt have flees so does anyone know what this could be. thanks.;) |
maybe iritated skin or allergies?? |
I hope not, but we had the same problem and after vet after vet and misdiognosis, turned out our little 9 week old had mites, we really felt so badly for her as she was constantly scratching, we brought her back and asked the vet about mites and yes it was that, well after some shots she was all better and a very happy baby she is. Please check about this. It actually passes to the puppy from her mom at birth. Please let me know how you make out. |
itching thankyou all for your help. will definatly get that checked out. just wondered if its the doggie wipes im using to freshen ger up. says there for puppies but im gomma stop using them first and see how she is, then i,ll get her checked for mites. thank you so much. very helpful:) |
Could be what you feed her...what food does she eat? |
I feed her buthers puppy food and she also eats royal canine tiny biscuits that i got from the breeder. she doesnt scratch constantly just few times a day. i just worry about my little baby. |
