Thanks everyone who has offered help. Sarah isn't able to drive that distance by herself to get the pup and it's too hot to fly the pup unescorted in the summer (although I am looking into some options there). So we were hoping a YT train could help get Maya to her. Wish I could do it myself, but I'm nowhere near Ohio or Texas. I'll put money in the pot for gas and eats though.

Perfect! I think I can definitely help. As soon as you know what day and approximate time you'll need me let me know so I can be sure and have that time open. I think that first weekend in August I may be going to the lake that Saturday and Sunday (as long as it doesn't rain) but other than that I am free to help! Just let me know as soon as you have more info.

How many days do you estimate it will take. I just saw in your original post that you plan to start out from Ohio on August 6. I was already planning on driving from the Texarkana area to Dallas on the 9th or 10th so I could go to the DFW meetup on the 11th and get some shopping time in before and visit friends. So if you'll be coming to the Texarkana area on one of those days, I would be certainly be willing to drive all the way to Dallas to hand off the puppy. If it's before then, I can still drive as far as you need me to though..just hoping it might be on one of the days I'm driving all the way to dallas

Aw thanks Kyle. I could see that you were wondering so thought a little more info was in order. I had posted another thread last week about my daughter getting a furbaby. But i just have to accept that not everyone reads all my posts, as upsetting as that is.:D :rolleyes: JK I'll go find the post so you can ready it if you like.;)

Well, my best quess right now is 3 to 3 1/2 days to get to you. So that may work nicely. I'll go through the thread in a little while and figure out where we are.
