Hi All, New to the site!!! Hi Everyone, :aimeeyork I am the happy mom of 2 yorkies and a yorkie cairn cross. Our girl had a litter last year so we have been thrrough that whole experience and loved every minute of it. My husband is a carpenter by trade and has built them the most fabulous house with heat, light and CCTV so we can check on them. Not sure how communication goes from here Clioc :animal-pa |

Welcome to YT. Step #2 in the communucation process is for us to all beg you to post pictures of your gang. Then it's back to you for Step #3! Just curious: How does the Cairn/Yorkie cross do in the cold compared with the pure Yorkieis? I know Cairns are great in the cold. |

The Yorkie Cairn cross has a much thicker coat and he is much happier running around outside, when indoors all he wants to do is lie on the tiled floor. We normally get him clipped short during the summer. But we not getting much of a summer here in Ireland so we havent clipped him yet. |
