Donny Osmond had (has?) one named Spike, but I think he's passed away.

and she's not really a "celebrity," but one of my favorite Broadway actresses, Eden Espinosa, has a yorkie named Owen. :D

oh I thought of another. :) Kendra Kassebaum (Broadway) has a yorkie named Eddie.

If anyone gets the Yorkshire Terrier Magazine from the YTCA, there is a pic of Montel Williams and his yorkie in one of the back issues. (in the back) where they have a group of snap shots together. They sell back issues but it could go back 5 or 10 years, its been quite awhile. Can't seem to find it on google.

I totally sympathize with you!!! Everyone made fun of me for wanting a yorkie. I don't know how old you are, i'm 25, and i get the comments about "purse dogs" and "just like paris" all the time MEANWHILE when i was young i had a toy that got me interested in Yorkies. I can't remember the name but a line of toys came out, they were all different breeds of dogs with rubberized/plastic bodies and they had barbie like hair, I had a Yorkie with a top knot. I moved 3 weeks ago and finally found my yorkie, it definitely looks close to 20 years old, but i will do my best to find it again, clean it up and post pictures. I even told my husband about it and he didn't believe me until I found it! My mom remembered it because i was too young to pronounce Yorkshire Terrier without butchering it! haha

I was at a BBQ the other day and their were lots of dogs there..a Westie, Labrador, Boxer and a king charles. We were talking about dogs and my husband mentioned that i was looking for another Yorkie.a couple of people pulled faces as if to say 'what do you want one of those for'? and that i had been shopping and bought a carrier and some little T-shirts etc....well...everyone was in stitches and howling with laughter just because i had bought some T-shirts! I said my Heidi had worn T-shirts because she was so little and when she became elderly her hair became very thin and she needed to keep warm.
I was NOT happy that they were laughing at me! :(

I still think since so many celbs have them, we as y.t er can help get the word to them. Yorkie are being taken and hurt. I have posted on there fan paged to welcome them to y.t. do the same if you have time. The more These guys (who I think love there furbabys) here what we hear every day. the more word can be spread about where to buy your babys. Also missing babys will get more attation/:animal-pa

You all should check out Celebritydogwatcher.com....I've already spotted two Yorkies so far with Paris and Tara Reid at the beach. The website is dedicated to celebrity pooches.

I'm really interested in that site, I know I'd love it and be addicted I'm sure, but the writing shows up really, really small, and to read anything or to figure out how to navigate the site, I have to copy and paste the writing into a word document and make it larger. Really frustrating. :(

That's weird....I haven't had any problems viewing articles but maybe that is because my computer is a massive antique! :D LOL

Audrey Hepburn had one named Mr. Famous.... he was in Funny Face! Audrey Hepburn is my favorite movie star ever, and when people told me that I was being like Paris (I didn't even know she had a yorkie!) I would say, "More like Audrey Hepburn" and that would shut them up because Audrey is so classy! I couldn't find a better picture than this, but I know I've seen some better ones!
