Poor baby :( Does your baby ever have a hard time taking a nap? Armani is home during the week for like 5 hours a day and sometimes 8, usually when its 8 someone quickly drops by to check on him. And during that time he gets his naps (its peaceful and quite at home). SO at night he is a wild man. Jumping, running, going crazy. But on weekends it seems that anytime he lays down to take a nap, he cant comfortable, he is constantly waking up due to all of us being loud, someone ringing the doorbell, ect. My question is does this ever happen to you? And what can I do to help him get comfortable? |
aww...poor Armani! He must be very happy come Monday morning.....lol....just kidding. Can he stay in another room maybe? I'm thinking maybe your bedroom or even a spare room might be quiet enough for him to fall asleep. Phoebi has a "safe spot" for thunderstorms which is under one of our end tables in the living room. I have one of her beds under there also. She'll go lay down there, even with a houseful of company, to get some peace and quiet. Good Luck! |
does he have a crate??? Layla will get like that sometime and i can tell she just needs a nap so i'll put her in her crate and she is out cold> i try to stay quiet, on the couch with the tv on so that she doenst' have to wonder where i am... |
Our yorkies do the same thing. They are at home 8 hours while we are at work, but I come home for lunch so they get to run a bit. They are very active at night. On weekends, they never sleep during the day so they are very wore out at night. They will lay down and as soon as we move they are up following us where ever. Why don't they stay laying down? I think they are thinking they will miss out on something. |
