We bought ours when she was 10 weeks old. The couple we bought her from lived on an acreage, and they said that their dogs loved to be outdoors. The day we got her, they had been fishing with their dogs (mom, dad, and the two puppies). She was sound asleep on the couch! In fact, when I called to ask about the puppies, I asked how large the parents were. I never did get the answer because the owner said that they were a little larger because they enjoyed being outdoors and were "muscular". So, our baby went out right from the start. She thinks she is the golden my husband always wanted: she loves the outdoors! |
