Hello Papi and all my dear room-mates, here in Papi's Parlor. I want to wish you all a wonderful, joyful Thanksgiving!! Can y'all believe it's that time of the year again, I mean it was just Valentine's Day a mere 2 weeks ago?!?!:shocked7q Where did the rest of those months disappear to? Obviously, I am spending waaay too much time here on YT and my brain has become quite frazzled....:confuse2:

Last year this time, I was oblivious to YT, had no idea of the wonderful, caring people I would find here. You all, even though most of you I have never met, have so enriched my life, and I am so thankful for that this holiday. There are people right here on this thread that mean more to me than any words could adequately describe.I do not see you, but my heart feels you, so thank you for that.

Papi and PattiCake, we want to wish you a wonderful Thansgiving Day, to you and each and everyone else here at Papi's thread, may your Blessings be many not only today but through life.


We also want to especially give thanks this year for God laying it upon the heart of the Administrator here at Yorkie Talk to get this site up and going to give us the privelege of getting to know one another here and share in the joys of our precious yorkies. Where would we all be without Yorkie Talk and the many, many wonderful caring and loving members.

So many of you have showed us the gift in life, Love for one another never meeting in person but where no one is really a stranger. We thank you each for the love you have shown to Jack and Myself.

We're all going to be stuffing ourselves this end of the world today.:D We're taking my Mom up to my sister and her kids in Los Angeles for Thanksgiving dinner. SHe has FOUR Great Grand-Children to be thankful for this year! I get to smoosh the babies all day- their parents, my Niece and Nephew (and respective spouses), have been ordered NOT to hog the Babas. when their Aunty Lolo (that's me)is there.:littleang's

Let us all count our blessings, I have counted mine...and thanked God for each and every one of them. YorkieTalk is one of my blessings that I am so very thankful for. Hope everyone...Papi too, had a marvelous Thanksgiving day.

I HAVEN'T LEFT A MESSAGE THOUGH STILL WATCHING FOR PAPI AND PATTICAKES TO JOIN US.
SINCE WE HAVE SOME TIME IN OUR WAITING, HOW ABOUT THOSE ON THIS SITE, GIVING AN IDEA TO OTHERS ON HOW THE HOLIDAYS WILL BE SPENT.. I'LL START FIRST, CHRISTMAS WILL BE SHARED IN A QUAINT TOWN CALLED NEW MARKET WHERE MY SISTER LIVES, NIECES AND THEIR FAMILY ALL OVER FOR THE DAY. wE START EARLY!! BREAKFAST WITH THE WHOLE WORKS, YUMMM... THEN IT'S ONE BY ONE OPENING THE PRESENTS SO EVERY ONE SEE THEM, LAUGHING, GRINNING AND PICTURE TAKING. wELL BY THEN THE MEN ARE OFF FOR A LITTLE TV, MAYBE A NAP! THE GIRLS ALL COOK DINNER IN THE KITCHEN AND CATCH UP. IT'S A WONDERFUL DAY HERE, WITH OR WITHOUT ANY SNOW.. AND TO ME IT'S THE PEOPLE, MY FAMILY THAT MAKE IT SO SPECIAL OF A DAY. (MY JD YORKIE WILL BE HOME BUT HE WON'T BE ALONE AND I'M SURE ENJOYS HIS DAY ALSO . ) THIS YEAR I TOOK A FEW DAYS OFF WORK SO THAT WILL BE ALSO ADDED PLEASURE OF THE SEASON.

My Christmas Plans
 
I am going to be going down to Arizona to be in my cousins wedding. I have not spent time with my family down there for years. It is going to be great. So much catching up to do and a Christmas without snow. I am even going to meet up with a friend of mine that I have not seen in years. I can't wait. Tinkerbell will be staying in Alaska, but I am sure that she will have a great time with daddy. He spoils her to death.

I can't wait to hear others stories.

Wishing Happy Holidays to all. I don't really have any Christmas plans to share, it'll be just me, hubby and Winston staying home, we'll get up early and open presents, yes Winston does open his presents...and sometimes ours too. Then we'll have a nice dinner...and time to relax and reflect on the passing year...with hope of a wonderful New Year.
