What a fun thread! I say we tell everyone that Jo-Jo is going into rehab and he makes a public apology. This way he won't even have to be tried. It is his first offense. After the third, since he's blonde, he will have to go to prison for 45 days, but we can plead special needs and psychiatric illness, if it comes to that. Perhaps all the media hype has made him think about how addicitve destuffing can be. Max says to tell him that he is completely on his side and believes that it definitely was the cow who started it. Folks...we have breaking news in this case...Joey has confessed! :eek: I knew something was in the wind...I could just smell it...oh wait...someone...well, nevermind. I believe all of the news coverage of clelebrities behind bars made Jo nervous...he was on the verge of a breakdown...he couldn't take it anymore and he confessed this afternoon. Jo has put together a statement that he would like to share with you now. Jo...it's all yours... Hey, this is Joey :aimeeyork . Look...it was like this...the cow had it comin'! I just couldn't take it anymore...the way he swished that tail around and stomped through the house and that annoying little squeak he made...he just kept asking 'Got Milk?'...and...well, I snapped! I'm sorry...he made me crazy, insane...yah, that's it...insane! I promise it won't happen again...please go easy on me...after all, it is my first offense and I do feel bad about it...I've been good up til now. So, there you have it...remember folks, you heard it here first! |
Jo's confession Considering that Jo has fessed up to his crime there will be no petition filed for a complaint in court. Since he is a juvenile and this is his first offense we are recommending 40 hours community service. His CS is to be served within the next 30 days. The community service must involve his caring for the deceased cows family. Just remember Jo, this is your first offense but there is a 3 strikes and your in jail rule so you better tow the line. As Jo's Mother I would like to thank the court for their leniency...Joey really is a good boy...he just gets sidetracked sometimes. Community service will be done as will supervised playtime with the other toys in the house. I must say though...after the whole cow incident the other toys have been on their best behavior...no more scattering all over the living room floor and they head for their basket each night at bedtime now. See, there's something positive in everything! Thank you to all who had faith in Jo and thought he was innocent...yes, looks really can be decieving! |
