Hello Yt...Im sorry for keeping you guys waiting so long...But we just got her home about 1hr ago...Well I am sadden to say that Kisses lost both of her babys :cry: :cry: ...When we got to emergency room the doctor took an x-ray and found that the 1st baby was feet first and a little to big for her to have them but also told use that they maybe a chance of loosing the pups...She gave us 2 options one was to have a c-section or give a drug to make her contractions stronger and see if she can have them on her own... Well we just decided to go with the c-section because he could not wait around and see if the drug worked...So around 2:30 the doctor called and said it all went well but were not able to save the babys because they were not mature enough or had enough oxygen...So she's home now doing ok but she looks very, very sad :( ...My poor little girl...I should have taken better care of her...:( :( :( |
oh, please don't blame yourself, its not your fault. I'm so thankful that kisses is OK. She is so very small. If you hadn't been such a good mommy and taken her to the hospital when you did, you could've lost her too. Just like in humans, sometimes these things happen. I'm sending you a hug. Hang in there. You and Kisses can comfort each other. She needs you now and you need her. Be strong, but don't ever doubt how well you take care of her. |
aw i'm so sorry you lost the babies. You did what you thought was right and no one is to blame. You took her to the vet when you thought you should and by doing so you saved her life. I'm sure she'll have a quick recovery from the surgery and she'll be feeling better soon. Don't get too down on yourself. i'll be thinking of you guys |

Oh Jenn I Am so Very sorry for your loss. Don't kick your self. accidents happen just be happy you didn't loss mama too. I will keep her in my prayers that she will be well in no time. |

Jen I'm so sorry you lost the babies, but if you hadn't taken the mom in when you did she would not have made it either. I'm glad mom is doing okay. I'm so sorry she is going thru losing her babies. My sincere condolences for you and your family in this time of such loss. If theres anything you need to talk about I'm here for ya hun!!! |

I'm sooo sorry about the babies, but at least your baby girl is OK. Try not to beat yourself up. I know it's got to be hard, but try to maximize the positive here. Channel that energy into caring for your baby because she really needs a lot of pampering right now. |

Oh I just saw this thread, I don't know how I've missed it! I'm sooo sorry about the babies. Don't blame yourself, you did what you could and what was right. I know this must be hard, but try to feel better knowing that the mommy is ok thanks to you. |

My family and i would like to THANK everyone of you...I dont know what i would have done with out TY or Debby So :thumbs up ...Well Kisses still looks very sad :( and really doesnt want to eat much, I have to make her eat because if i dont make her she probably wont eat anything Hopefully she'll start to come around soon...Last night she keeped me up all night making noises like she hadn't had water for days :confused: ... Poor poor baby. I hope she perks up soon. How is her incision? Will she be able to have babies again? Wait i thought you may have said this wasnt planned.....either way I wish you and her the best! |

Just an update...Kisses is coming around :D Today she started to play around with Hershey but i didnt let her play long because of her c-section cut... :cheer: My baby's back:cheer: Im so happy.... |
