"why do you 2 keep harassing me?" He laughed again and said "the papers prob wont work, AKC papers are for purebred dogs and you being an obviously 1st time Yorkie buyer have no clue what you are doing. This is unaccept ~~~~~~~~~~ I ran out of room even after i tried to shorten it. I wanted to just send my whole post but you could only use 1500 characters. This just ticks me off. i am really interested to see if I will get a reply from the person they forward it to. Or if they even will like they stated they would. I thank you all for your kind and uplifting words. You guys are really spirit lifters and wonderful people. Koda sends you & your babies all big sweet kisses too! I am considering writing a letter to our local paper and seeing if they will print it. I went ahead and started a new thread. I wanted "update" to appear in the subject head on the main page of the other thread but it didn't. And i know people would want to read this reply. They sound sincere and like they want to be of service, I would just do as they sugest and contact the local store. You shoulnd't have to stop shopping there just b/c of two rude ppl. Obviously those employees are morons. I'd take my business elsewhere, AND let them know that you are. You don't have to take that. The very least they could have done was to send you a giftcard in a nice amount (maybe like $20). That would have given them a chance to earn your business back. I find that at my Petco, the people are rude and unknowledgeable too. Must be because they don't pay that well, so all they can get are losers. |

I'm glad they answered your complaint. I'm also glad we don't have any PETCOs near us because I hear alot of bad things about them. |

I have a Petco 1/2 mile from my house, I could easily walk to it. But I have been driving about 10 mi. to go to Petsmart. The Petco people have been nice but I just don't care for the store. I think Petco should have offered you a gift card too. I got a $25 gift card from Petsmart to keep my business, because I complained that they closed 10 min early and I couldn't get in the store. They were very apologetic and nice about it. |
