Quickfinder Nail Clipper Has anyone used the Quickfinder nail clipper? My Bailey hates getting her nails clipped, and with good reason. I trim just the very tip off her nails and I still cut the quick and make her bleed. Short of taking her to the vet to get her nails clipped, I'm looking for a better way. The Quickfinder is supposed to tell you when you are too close to the quick. Does it work??? |
I have personally never heard of it, but if it works I want details. I cut my babies nail too short one day and I have felt horrible ever since. If anyone has info on this please share. :) |
I want to know too! I've never cut nails that are so dark! |
I would love to know if it works also. I cut all my dogs nails and often worry about cutting to close, so far only 1 bleeding nail with hundreds of nail trims but this could make it so much easier. |
It's at PetGadgets.com First item top left corner of the page. |
If it works, I need one. I've only made one "attempt" at cutting my baby's nails and got soooooo scared that I only made it through one paw and had to take him to the groomer! I hate it that they're so dark...it's IMPOSSIBLE (for me anyway...) Thanks for posting this...I hope someone can tell us all if it works well or not... |
I love to know how it works too. It would save me a trip to the vet every 2-3 weeks for a nail trim. |

I ordered one Friday,,I haven't checked the mail yet..could be there today. I watched a video (on the computer) of how it works. My girls HATE getting their nails clipped...I let their feet soak in the bath to soften the nails first...doesn't make such a loud "click". I will let you all know how it works out...It better be good! It cost almost 40.00 (w/shipping)! If it works it's worth it though! |
