I adore both my babies, managing their play/fight sessions is exhausting! Phoebe likes to play with Carson if she's in the "mood", but if not...watch out! I'm hoping as he gets older and calms down,they'll enjoy eachother more! Carson is actually pretty lovey dovey, but since Phoebe's always telling him to go away, he's constantly on the prowl! Phoebe is 1 and Carson is almost 5 months.

My yorkie Otis is 3 and my shih poo Oliver is almost 2. Oliver is constantly wanting to play. He's bigger than Otis so this usually means pulling on ears and pawing at his face. Sometimes Otis will run through the house with him and play but most of the time he tries to ignore him. I don't know if it gets better as they get older. Let's hope so!!!!

I hafta laugh....i:D sn't this the way.....she just wants to be left alone, but that baby Carson wants her to play......they are both adorable, but until he gets a bit older, I'd think he is gonna be a pain in her a#$.....

Those are great pictures They're so cute - I hope poor little Carlson gets to play soon.

I'm going to look for a little girl in the fall and hope Max takes to her.

Yup...they are pretty funny to watch! The problem is Carson goes for her behind all the time! He even pulled a chunk of hair out to the skin when we first got him...so we keep them well supervised now. They will probably be about the same size but Carson is def more assertive. Not a bully, really, but just persistent. Phoebe stands up to him to a degree, then she comes to me for rescue.

LOL - looks and sounds just like my house! I stopped managing their fights and now they know the only time I'll step in is if I hear the smaller one cry. As soon as he does and I look over at them Hoku will start kissing him and look at me like "It's okay, Momma!" Crazy kids!

Bahahahaha! Are Phoebe's snobs then? teehee!

I try to stay out of the encounters and let them work it out, but I can tell Phoebe gets overwhelmed. Instead of fighting back, she turns tail and runs like the dickens.
