What kind of bows do you use? What kind of bows do you use for your puppy's hair? Oh and where do you purchase them? Thanks in advance.. :):D |
i use to use latex rubber band with the bow attached to it when lexi was little and got them at petedge.com.. now i still use the little rubberbands, but i use tiny claw clips on top on the bands.. her hair stays nice all day, she even sleeps with it in... it wont come out, but of course her hair is nice and long on top |
I use the rubber bands from Des at go.fetch (she is Tiger's Mom on YT) and I use the Bows with French Clips on the back (or any type of clip really - but it HAS to be a clip/barrette)...NO bands on the actual Bows themselves...I can't EVER get the things in right and they always come out looking crooked - I hate them, lol. I will pay extra to have the French Clips added to the back of the Bows ;) Oh, and I buy Bows from EVERYWHERE lol :p |
I just went back and read what I typed and I hope you weren't confused :p What I meant to say was that I use the rubber bands from Des at go.fetch to put the hair up - then afterwards I attach a bow with a french clip on the back of it to the "pony tail" itself :) Just wanted to clarify :p |
I usually buy 5/8 bows with a band. I have gotten them from wwwlawdogbows.com and ebay |
I use the claw rhinestone flowers. I just twist up her hair and fold it over then clip with the claw. It's the only way her hair will stay. Most clips/bows are too big on her and slide right off. The tiny rhinestone flower claws are fast to put in and fast to take out. I like to take it out at night so she's comfy while she sleeps. I have quite the collection, I think I got a little addicted to trying to find as many colors as I could :) |
I purchase bows from The Finishing Touch at dog-bows.com, the 7/8, with the latex bands on the back. I also make my own with the french clips on the back, but I still use a latex band to put her hair up then put the clip over the rubber band. |
