My little munchkin is getting neutered! After a 16 months of deliberation, I have decided to get 'Cuppy' neutered. I made the appointment about 15 minutes ago and they told me to bring him in tomorrow morning. I didn't think it would be this soon. Now I'm freaking out not knowing what I am suppose to do. Do I take a bath for him first before dropping him off? What do I do afterwards? I'm completely clueless. Also, I know it's kind of late but does neutering help with the marking problem? He is potty trained to go outside and use the pad but he still marks around the house. |
I have heard that it can help with the marking problem. Best of luck. Everything will go just great! |
You should read this thread. It was posted by another mom who also made an appt to have her baby fixed tomorrow, and she is worried just like you. She has a little girl though. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=79902 I'm sure everything will be fine! They do these surgeries all the time. |
I would definitely give him a bath before going. You can't get the area wet for 5-7 days so I always bathe my foster pups before taking them in. |
