it's all HER fault!!
It is now 3:50 in the morning and I am on YT. hmmmmm....well, it is Maggie's fault. My cocker, daisy, usually sleeps with my daughter. Maggie sleeps with me and our min pin, Rex sleeps in the chair in our room. Well, my dd is with her dad this weekend so Daisy is sleeping with us. which I LOVE cuz she is such a snuggler. well, right now, she is trying to get an ear infection. So she kept jumping down and scratching her ear (so polite to not do it on our bed LOL)
anyway, long story short, daisy tried to jump back on the bed but kinda missed. this scared the daylights out of maggie, who started barking and growling ferociously not knowing what in the #$%! was going on. no biggie...I can go back to sleep. well...no...daisy finally made it back onto the bed but maggie must not have realized that the insane noise that shocked her out of a deep sleep was daisy. so she was ON GUARD. for the next hour, she was waiting to attack....sitting in front of my face, butt up, head down, just waiting to attack whatever that was that scared her. she would turn around and lick my face then turn back around on guard. yes...very cute. but I need my sleep LOL. so, I finally get up, let her go potty outside, bring her back in, put her in her crate and go back to bed. but it's too late. I'm awake. and it appears that I am the only one on YT tonight LOL |
