Is she trying to be a mommy???? So Coco does this funny thing at least once a day, where she'll pin Rocco down, and she'll just lick his face like crazy. He'll be shaking his head, but not fighting her too much. She just like his face all over and his nose, mouth, cheeks, head, everywhere...loool...It's super cute and funny but I was wondering if she's grooming him like a mom?? She'll do this for like 5 minutes, just lick him and though he looks like he's fighting her he lets her do it and when he stands up, his face is alll wet and messy...looool...He looks like a little ewok, with all his hair standing up.:p :D |
She probably IS grooming him! I used to have a dog that did that to my cats! And they let her! LOL!! |
She like cleans the gook out of his eyes, she will LICK HIS EYES THOROUGHLY..loool..It's super cute and when he fights it she holds him down until he gives up and lets her do it..loool :rolleyes: |
aaawww that is too cute. Well Timmy grooms Mimi...He likes to lick her ears and when he's all done her ears are all wet....lol I think its cute though. |

Jo cleans Riley's face and eyes a couple of times everyday and Riley will actually walk up to Jo when he wants his face washed! We've always had trouble getting the nose hair to lay down on Riley but Jo took over and has trained it to lay in place now. It's funny to watch because if Riley tries to walk away before Jo is done he'll pin him down so he can finish...once he's done Riley will come show me what Jo did. My boyz...the goofballs! |
Luigi does that to Brasco at least once a day! It is soooooo freaking cute!!! I just wish Luigi would do Livv's eyes, and one of them do that for Luigi! LOL!!! What a great big sister Coco is! YAy! |
I know what you mean!! Omg Teddy does this to London too! And although they fight and wrestle at least once or more a day he will lick her to clean her. It's weird but I guess cute since she's smaller, maybe he feels like he has to do that...:confused: |
I'm not sure but it's so darn cute I can hardly stand it when I catch her doing it. I just love his face afterwards though, it's like a humiliated look and his face is all wet and his hair is all sticking up, it's hilarious. |
I've mentioned before that my Shih Tzu thinks she is the mother of the other two dogs and acts like it. This little twelve pound dog will actually make Ivan (the big ol shepherd) sit still for his grooming. So it was no surprise when she started grooming Adie too. He face is practically dripping by the time Cassie gets finished. Adie has just started to try to wash Cassie's face at the same time but Cassie just pins her down. It is one of those things that makes you go Ahhhh. It is so cute and sweet. |

thats sounds so cute frankie does that to the cats, well one cat they will be on the bed at night going to bed and frankie will creep ans sneak up to the cat and the cats know hes soming though and frankie will lick his ears and his face only and the cat just lets him and then they go to sleep but only the boy cat all he wants to do to the girl cat is pick on her, the boy cat and frankie pick on the girl cat all the time, i mean everytime they see her so she hides almost all day but then she jumps on the bed and frankie cant jump ont he bed so he just barks and jumps up and all you see is his head come up and down but anyway i have no idea but it sounds like she may be trying to be the mommmy since she is grooming him and licking and clenaing his face, and hey at least he lets her, he says ok i guess |
