Hi. I am a newbie to this forum although I've been here off and on for a few months now. I wanted to thank everyone for being so kind. After Sophie passed I thought I would go nuts. It seemed like no one understood the devastation I was going through, and still go through. I love yorkies more than anything! Here is a place where people do understand and seem to care about my loss.
So, I just wanted to say thanks. Although I do feel a bit out of place because I don't have a yorkie, I would if I could and I will again one day, and I did have Sophie. It's nice to have other yorkie owners to talk to, it's somehow helps keep Sophie close to me.

I am so sorry for your loss. I am glad you found some peace here with others that have gone through the same thing. I hope you still feel welcome here - this site isn't about owning Yorkies, it's about LOVING Yorkies!

I am so glad we were able to help. i don't know what I would do if i ever lost one of my babies?!! It scares me. You are always welcome here. There are a lot of members who don't have a yorkie but just fancy the breed. Please don't feel left out. It's great to have you. You serve a purpose too in helping people who do suffer a loss with their grieving.

You don't have to feel out of place here . If you want to talk about your loss or anything else , there will always be someones to listen to you .

Before Gazou , I have had a blue merle collie female who died 8 months ago and sincerly even with Gazou here , I am thinking of her because she was my first dog . Lark came into my life I was only 5 years old .

I am sorry for your loss, and I hope you will stick around. Even though Sophie is gone we new yorkie people can still use your advice and expertise. This is a wonderful sight, I don't know how I would have stood losing Bandit without the sweet people I met here. And now that we are bringing Tucker home I know I'll be needing everyone even more.

RIP little Sophie.....You ARE a yorkie mom and you should feel right at home here because I can tell how much you loved your baby....bless her heart - That was a really nice post by you....
