Cali's 1st time at the groomer 1 Attachment(s) She's going to the groomer tomorrow and I have a question: Cali's hair always has this un-even quality to it that I think makes her look messy. However, I can really see that it is starting to grow and look very silky and shiny (I love Candidae food!). What I want to know is should I have the groomer just trim her up so she looks even? Or do I want to wait a bit to let her hair grow out a little more? It's not long, really, and actually I think I am just going to have them cut all that hair off her ears, but what do you think? Just leave it alone until she gets to be the length that I want? I definitely don't want the hair on the top of her hair cut (where her ponytail is), and I don't want any hair cut around her muzzle. What do y'all think? I'm gonna try to add a picture of her after her last bath. |
i really have no advice but she is a DOLL!! I agree...don't let them cut the hair on her head or muzzle...I have regretted cutting the muzzle. no i am having a hard time letting it grow because i can't stand that phase where it is sticking straight up everywhere. anyway, I would just tell them to "trim" it a tad to even it out, if you think it needs it. just make sure and stress to them what you DO NOT want. good luck and please send pics :) |
She has such a beautiful face!!...I would not trim at all. How old is the little doll? ...I haven't been to a groomer yet and I had to have Rockets nails cut at the vet since he won't let me do it. What is a good time to start grooming? I'm still worried about his little bones and people other than me handling him.....and he is only 14 weeks old. ann |
She is just precious! Why get her haircut, she looks perfect to me...;) |
I agree. She looks great. She doesn't need a haircut at all. |
I also like her just the way she is. shes really pretty just that way. |
She looks adorable. I would have them trim the hair off the tips of the ears and leave her as is. I would definatley wait till she grows out a lit more and then even her out. Make sure you let the groomer know exactly what you want done so no surprises. |
I love love love the way she looks right now - perfecto! I wouldn't change a thing, seriously. If you do decide to have anything cut at all - LEAVE SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS WITH THE GROOMER ON A NOTECARD - avoid the disaster cuts so many end up w/ bc the groomer really doesn't have instructions (or forgets). |
