A little dilema I have started ordering some clothes for the girls off of the sites here. I have ordered from a few places so I won't mention the one I am talking about. I have started receiving my orders and one I thought was really poor quality. I don't want to blast this person's business, but I am also not real happy either. It seems that in the Yorkie Stuff For Sale thread, everyone always has great reviews of everything they got, thus I ordered from a bunch of different ones. Now I am unhappy with the quality. It really isn't a lot of money, but a dollar is still a dollar at my house. What would you do? |
Send the person a personal message. Make a polite inquiry to them, and hopefully you'll both get a happy resolution. |
Yes, I would pm them and see if they can make it correct. I think they would want to know. I hope you have a happy outcome. |
I would send a PM to the vendor and hopefully they will work with you on the problem. You shouldn't have to keep something your not happy with. |
I ordered from a person here also. She told me if I wasn't happy to let her know. She even called me when I received the items for any feedback. I would pm the person. I'm sure they will work with you on it. |
Have you contacted this person, maybe they will give you a refund.I also order form someone on here and the quality and workmanship was so shoody there is no way I would sell somethng like that! I emailed and told this person how I felt, I could exchange it was the end result but that wasn't an option I wanted to take up. I believe grat customer service comes right along with quality. If someone isn't happy with something I make and sell I offer a full refund. |
I would contact that person privately. I'm sure if you are disatsified they will refund your money, or make another one for you. and it will help them to improve on their product if they know what customers are looking for. |
I would definently pm the person and let them know you were not happy and see if you can come up with a solution. If someone ordered from me and wasn't happy i would refund thier money. if this person isn't willing to solve the problem then i think you should write a review of thier product. But for sure pm them first and see if you can work it out. Customer service is very important |
