One of my precious pups (may she rest in peace) was a stray I found and fell in love with. She was a beautiful brown and white papillon. I found her on Easter Sunday, so I named her Bunny and her birthday was on Easter. Bunny was so special, just as your little Gwen is. Gwen's whole life changed the moment you took her home. I agree with everyone else.....I think her birthday should be the day you got her. |

there you go Chrissy, I thought the day you got her would be a great birthday too. looks like its unanimous :) |
I agree-the day you got her. That was a special day for both of you |
i agree with everyone else! i adopted my black cat from the shelter and we were gonna use the day we got him as his birthday but then we decided that since he was black we'd use halloween as his birthday. :) |
I understand what it's like. When we rescued Bernie, we new that he was born in December of 2005. Initially, I picked a birthday "arbitrarily". Until I thought about it and realized we met him on New Years Eve 2006. His birthday is now December 31 as far as I'm concerned:) Congrats on your baby! |
