Oh yes they learn from each other!!! One of my little devils..i mean angels.. taught my sister's yorkie to jump from the chair to the couch and vice versa.. she also taugh Zeke how to jump up in the pots and dig the dirt out of them... |
My newest member Lilly (Yorkie Pom) is teaching the rest of my zoo to bark at doorbells. We have a doorbell but honestly since we are kind of rural we don't get along of traffic to my door. I don't think I have ever had anyone use our door bell as I usually know when someone is coming over. Lilly came from a neighborhood environment and thus barks everytime she hears someone knock or ring a bell on T.V. So the rest of my zoo starts barking to. I honestly don't think they even know what they are barking at, but join right long with Lilly. LOL. |

Hey, they don't need to know what they're barking at...the rest are and it's fun anyway..LOL your little zoo...too cute!! |
My golden Lucky (male) taught my yorkie Cozy (female) "how to pee like a man." She lifts her one leg everytime she pees. It looks like a squatting leg left but only the left hind leg. People have asked me is something is wrong with her leg because of it. I think it is funny and cute especially since Lucky will now do a squatting leg lift too.:D My has taught her the invisible fence boundaries, his not hers. If she tries to approach the line he will bark at her and if she keeps going will run in front of her and chase her back. Lucky begs at the table but Cozy because she is so small in comparision (120 vs. 10 pounds) can't get seen so she will go into her crate and take a nap while we are eating and starts begging when it is clean up time though. |
