how lucky am I?!?!? so tonight i was babysitting at my aunts house, and i put bella in her room for 5 minutes while i organized everything. i come in to find bella eating this red gel caplet on the floor. i freaked out and called my aunt to ask what it was but she had no clue. so i searched up and down all her cabinets looking for what the red gel cap could have been. finally i found that it was krill oil!! thank God!!!! i have definatly learned my lesson about double checking everything....i swear my heart dropped when i saw her eating that....ahhhhh :animal36 |
Oh WHEW! Thank goodness it wasn't anything bad and your baby is alright! Oh well, heck...at least she got lots of Omega 3, lol! :p |
What a relief! I know first hand how horrible it can be when the furbabies get into medicine:( ...at least my baby was okay... |
Huh.. OMG, I think I would've freaked out too girl. What is krill oil? Like the fish, Krill? Will she be fine if she ingested any of it? |
thank goodness it was nothing poisonous! |
Oh how scary. Thank you for the reminder that we should ALWAYS do a safety check -- just in case. |
yea...krill oil is like a fish oil....nothing bad at all....just lots of omega 3.....thank goodness.......i will never let that mistake happen again!!! |
thank goodness it was nothing to serious...glad to hear! |
Did she eat all of the oil? I made the mistake of giving my little girl a fish oil cap thinking it would give her the omega's she needed, without realizing it would make her queazy. She wasn't feeling well for days and threw up a couple of times. It might have given her pancreatitis altho it wasn't bad enough to rush her to the vet, so I don't know. But just in case Bella doesn't feel well, it's probably just too much oil at once. |
thank you soo much for the info....she has been acting kinda funny the last few days......thanks again!!!:) |
