Too much terrier or the princess who became a hunter I am sorry, I just need to vent... Spring is here, rabbits are out, and my sweet, long haired, clean, piggy tailed on pink ribbons yorkie princess IS TRANSFORMED IN THE HUNTER!!! She has been running outside the yard to the green belt chasing the rabbits (Well, that rabit who knows she lives here and loves to tease her)... It has been 3 times today!!! And I have the iron fence protected with mesh, but I think I will have to change to wire mesh, because miss smarty paws found how to get out... You should have seen her the other day when THE RABBIT was inside the fence!!! Gosh, I did not realize it until she was outside!! The pearl teeth became fangs and she chased the rabbit like 5 times around the yard before it was able to escape!!! I was terrified thinking what would I do once she reached him, but I guess I was lucky... Gosh, she is obsessed!! And I really need to be outside a LOT of times a day, as Juanito is beeing potty trained! I have to work on the fence tomorrow!!! Sorry, she is driving me crazy!!! |
The fearless rabbit... 1 Attachment(s) Agrrrrr!!!! |
Heehee. I can relate to that. Penny loves to try to chase the birds. I can't imagine what she would do if a rabbit were in the yard. And aren't the iron fences SO much fun? We're dealing with that at the in-laws. No mesh, here, though. Penny can be at a dead run and bolt through the posts no problem. I wonder if your little rabbit has learned his lesson about coming into the yard... pesky wabbit! :D |
sorry for your frustrations but i am laughing my butt off over here ;) I can just picture maggie chasing a bunny around the yard...i bet the bunny is bigger than your yorkie :) I know it would probably be bigger than maggie LOL that is so funny. but what would you do if she caught it? do you think she would get hurt? i bet that is kinda scary to think about. bless your heart...your sweet angel turned hunter...wow. that is a big difference :) |

:( That sounds frustrating, but looking on the bright side, at least the bunny isn't a dangerous wild critter...like a possum, a coyote, an owl, or a racoon... There are tons of all of those scary creatures right outside my door! When I get my baby, I'm going to be scared to ever bring him outside...I'll have to come and beg you for tips ;) |
Whoops...I just saw that you DO have those visitors... now I'll really need tips...I guess I just need to reinfore my fence too... |
