:aimeeyork Rocky was born March 10th, 2006 he just turned 1 yrs old last month. We got him when he was 8 weeks and 3 days old he was 2lbs 9oz and he looked like he was bald on top because his hair was thin and white. Now he has a head of blonde hair and he is our precious baby. Would love to give him a sister or a brother but for now that's on hold. We also have about 10 Fish which have no names because we never thought of names to give them lol. |

My 'Girls' Carley and Terra are the 7 year old Yorkie sisters. Loki is the 3 year old British Shorthair cat. Mandy is the 6 month old 'wild child' Cairn Terrier, who terrorizes the rest of the 'kids'. |

Ginger 11yr old Golden Retriever..10-1996 Cooper 2yrs old 10-2004 (Yorkie teapot) Bentley 6mos (almost) Biewer 10-2006 I also have a Bronze Wing Pionus Parrot she is almost 2 and my college daughters two little turtles. I'd have many more Yorkies if I could, but not until I go Part time, then maybe I will add another to the gang. Kathy |

Hootie and Hobbs have the exact same parents and both weigh exactly 3lbs each. Hobbs (born 10/06/05) was brought home in December 2005 and we loved him SOOOO much that we wanted another one as much like him as possible. So, we contacted his breeder who told us that his same parents just happened to be expecting another litter of puppies. Hootie was born 05/02/06 and we brought her home in June 2006. We also have a male black labardor puppy, Lamar, who was born 12/05/06. He is a beautiful boy from show lines and he has been the perfect addition to our family! |
Dexter was born 9/1/2005, 5lbs and is a little tiny snuggle baby but I do believe he is the pack leader in subtle ways! Fletcher was born 9/1/2005 also (BROTHERS!), 8lbs and he is the OCD puppy! He has serious obsession issues but he is sooo beautiful I excuse his neurotic behavior most of the time! |
Holly was born 11/12/06 and we got her on 3/24/07. She loves to sleep but when she's up, it's hard to keep up with her. Her favorite toy is her Kong and a stuffed toy (pink puppy). She's our baby. |
Sir Ozmund Andrew :aimeeyork (BKA Ozzie, and sometimes Moose) will be 10 on June 22. That does NOT seem possible. What seems less possible is that his big brother Tigger, a brown tabby,:cat: is now 15. Baby brother Toby :cat: a tabby mix, was born probably close to mother's day 2006. (We found him during the first week of July and brought him in hours before a rather nasty storm hit.) Oddly enough, we found him about 100 feet from where we found Tigger in 1992 ... that's the menagerie for now. God knows where to send them though. Strays of a variety of species always manage to find a way to my house. We joke that we hope there are no stray elephants in the neighborhood. |
Bengi was born on 4/17/06. He'll turn 1 in a week. He's our little spoiled baby. He's very sweet and smart. I love him! |
Brandi my only furbaby at this time will be 1 on Thursday 4/12/07......I also have two female cockatiels Cory & Arnold (we thought she was a he...until SHE started laying unfertalized eggs LOL) but the name stuck.....I'd love a playmate for Brandi......but I just babysat her brother (littermate) for a week........and I'm really not sure I can handle two......especially Brandi is a little terrorist LOL......she's so cute though and I just love her to pieces LOL |
Our soon to be 3rd member of our yorkie family Since I just can't wait any longer, and as far as I'm concerned it is official. We will be getting our 3rd Yorkie from Lily's Easter puppies (Liquidgirl). We don't know which of the boys it'll be yet, but my kids have already decided to name him Hercules! So let me introduce our Yorkie family again (also I had their weight backwards, so I'll fix that now): Rhapsody Belle -- born 12/15/2005, she's 4.5 lbs., and leader of the pack Titan Tiger (Tiger-for short) -- born 1/9/2006, he's 4 lbs. He's a lover, not a fighter, lol. Hercules -- born 4/8/2007 to the lovely Lily and handsome Dexter, he's about 6-7 oz, lol. And he likes styling in hairband collars (they are all the rage in puppy nurseries everywhere, lol). Not sure which color hairband is the infamous Hercules yet. . . we are so excited; it's gong to be a long 12 weeks!! I also have two wonderful children, Jacob and Rachel. Rachel has two lovebirds named Tweety and Pickachoo. Jacob has a snake, named Goldy. And 3 treefrogs (can't remember their names). Okay that's it for now! And thank you, Lorraine, you're doing a great job of taking care of our Hercules (whichever boy puppy he is. . .) |
Peanut was born in June of 2003 and Toby was born in November of 2003, so Peanut will be 4 soon and Toby is 3 1/2. Peanut weighs slightly over 3 pounds and Toby is 6 pounds. We have a new baby coming soon. :D Her name is Abigail and she was born 1/05/07, so just 3 months old and weighs 1 pound right now. I am going to try to stop at 3 but I think 4 may be my limit. I have four, they are my "kids" Oldest is Bailey the Bichon born June 28 1994 (My first dog in my life) he is the sweetest loving little boy ever 24 lbs of luv Next is BitsyRoo the Maltese born Dec 5 1995, She is the "Queen" always has been always will be, she gets treats just for being cute, lol 5.5 lbs of luv Next is AprilLove, my first Yorkie born Jan 20 2006. She is a spark, a spitfire, a flirt and a mommies girl. 3 3/4 lbs of luv And last (for now, cuz 4 is my limit, lol) is Nappy the Biewer Yorkshire, born Sept 5 2006. Horatio was born 05/16/05. He will be two very soon. He is my only baby right now. Lately I've been thinking about getting him a sibling so he won't be alone all day. He hates it when I have to leave. I hate it too. :( |
My name is Teri...I retired at 37...my husband retired at 50 so now we just goof off and I spend waaaay too much time on YT :) We have 2 Yorkies... Jo-Jo is 27 months old and weighs about 4 1/2 pounds. He loves to play, he's a total terrier but well mannered and polite...he loves to eat, loves people and other dogs and he'll cuddle when he thinks no one is looking! Riley will be 2 at the end of May, he weighs 4 pounds 4 ounces, he's totally missing the terrier gene and has no idea he's a dog, he's also well mannered and polite, he also loves to eat, he doesn't like kids but loves adults and he will tolerate other animals but he's not crazy about them, he's a total velcor baby and will cuddle all day long no matter who is watching! |

Chester was born 9-24-2002 and he is my first yorkie, and I love him more than life its self. He loves people, cats and kids and sometimes does not like other dogs, I think he is protecting me. I take him almost every where, he is a great road trip dog, he is not a big barker and is a great watch dog and he is very spoiled. I worry more about his food than what I eat. He has great hair and a very cute face... I love him to death, I wish I could cuddle with him all day long. He is a big guy but not fat at 8.5 lbs, he has 40 toys in my apartment and numerous outfits, he is my child.... yorkies rule....... |
I'm a little late in responding! I have one Yorkie, Frankie, who is 2 years old. He was born on Christmas eve, and he is the light of me and his daddy's life. We just recently got Chachi, born right after Chinese New Year. He is a black and white Chihuahua. I love dogs, especially small breeds, and hope that when we have a larger house, we can have a whole pack of them!!!! |
