Sad story I heard the saddest story. My teacher's mother has two gorgeous yorkies, Snickers and Reeses. Well the other day a man was walking his rottweiler, and spotted the yorkies outside running and barking at the bigger dog because its in their nature to think they are bigger than they actually are. Well my teacher's sister was at the doorway watching as the man gave slack on the leash to his dog to be able to reach the yorkies. The rottweiler stuck his nose in the chain link fence and happened to grab Reeses and he was running away. He did it on purpose! He literally tore off his arm and poor little reeses bled to death. They are pressing charges, but the police say the most they can do is make the man pay for the amount of the dog. I wish there was something more they could do to this man for what he did! How is money going repay for what they lost? |
To me that is murder! I wish I could run the world for about a month! I'd straighten all kinds of s**t out! |
Wish I knew where this *** lived!!! |
Thats horrible!!!! I don't know what I would do if something like this happened to one of my babies. I can't believe the rottie was able to get him through the chain link fence. Just a very sad story!!!! |

what a CRUEL CRUEL thing to do to that poor little yorkie - She must be devestated and no amount of money will replace that scene in her head - Oh that is one of the worst dog attack I've ever heard cause it was on purpose ! man...What on earth would make someone do that - it's scary knowing there are probably more disgusting people out there just like him. I think the guy needs to be taught a lesson - jail or something - and I can SURE think of something.... but better not say.... |
I was furious! They are just too adorable. My mom works at a daycare and i was helping the other day. We decided to take them all for a walk and she lives along the road. We got to see them earlier that day. I seriously wanted to cry when i heard! |
I can think of a couple things too!! I totally blame the man, not his dog. The more I think about this the madder I get. Good thing where don't know where he lives!!!!!! Please give this poor lady my sympathies! |

I can't believe someone would let their dog do that one purpose! What a sick sick soul! I just know that there is a special place in hell for people who abuse animals and children! |
Well he didn't realize that Kara (The teacher's sister) was watching, and once she saw what he was doing she ran out screaming at him. Once he did that, he ran off and hid the dog. |
omg that is murder!! and running off trying to hide the dog after? that's ridiculous. that guy is insane and so is his dog.. but i mostly think its the owners fault! i wish i could rip off his arms and toss him to the side, he'd probably fancy that a lot.. im sorry about your teachers yorkie! |
whats his address? ........ i think if anyone did that to my dog they would find themselves beaten to a bloody pulp! and if teh police said that to me, i would go off on them too, i would have every lawyer i know on his ass making him miserable and after im done with him he wouldnt have a cent of his own, he would be broken (coz remember i beat the hell out of him) and he would be VERY sorry he ever messed with my baby phew........ ok, this made me mad  |
This just makes me cry! A few years ago my daughter was walking our Lab on a leash and a neighbor with a pit bull was walking his dog LOOSE. the pit bull went after our Lab, threw him on his back and went for his throat. The man laughed and said "get him". Another man driving by stopped to help them and luckily our lab was ok. AND THIS WAS ALL IN FRONT OF MY DAUGHTER!!! Some people just don't deserve to have animals. I feel terrible for that poor dog, and his family. |

This story is so sad. I dont understand how laws are for cruelty to animals is some states, they don't make any sense. This man Murder this poor little Yorkie using his Rottie as a weapon. The law should take his dog away and put this man in jail. This Yorkie was like a child to this woman. Im so angry  and sad  . Please give my condolences to the lady. Rest in peace :littleang . |
These are the worst stories and it may be true that all the police can do is make the man pay for the value of the dog, but she has every right to sue him civilly for intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence and malice! She could ruin him financially if she can prove her side of the story! I would encourage her to do so. I would be willing to offer whatever legal advice I can if you PM me and put me in contact with her. His behavior was dispictable and if he is not made to pay now, he will think he can get away with it and possibly do it again! I am so sorry for the loss of little Reeses. :cry8: |
:yeahthat: but i didnt but it that nicely |
He's a MURDERER! A cold-blooded murderer! Now if Reeses was a person things would be soo different! I think this man should go to jail or something. To me, my Yorkies are people. Please, comfort the woman for me. She needs all the comfort she can get. This story is absolutely horrible. I can't imagine what I'd do if this happened to me. Please, God, escort him safely to the rainbow bridge and take care of him. |
I was asking my mother if they had said anything else, and sure enough she's getting her lawyer on it as well. Thanks again for all the condolences :) |
tell her to take him for all he is worth (AND MORE)!!!!! |
Oh no :unlove: These are the kind of people that give certain dogs bad names. I can't believe that he did that one purpose, I would kill him!!! I don't care! To be certain, I would immediately press charges against him, and for sure you could take him to small claims court and I know that there isn't any amount of money that would replace Reese, but I would go for all I can get! Make him pay if there is no other recourse. He should be thrown in jail  . No amount of time will ever cover up what happened...Theresa & The Boys :wilted_ro |
I don't know what to say. I would sue this guy and if he's not the owner I'd find him and sue him too, for letting this irrisponsible(sp) ************* walk his dog. I'm sure someone somewhere loves this dog and I'm sure someone knows that this dog had this capability. No dog just out of the blue does something like this, there are signs that any owner can see and knows that it means things are not right with their dog. Midge: Please, God, escort him safely to the rainbow bridge and take care of him. I miss read this and thot you were praying to God to escort the owner safely to He**. Sorry, I had tears in my eyes. Still it's a good thot in my book, hehehe. (That's a sinister hehehe) My condolences to Reeses owner as well. Sylvia |
