Jewelina lost her first tooth!

My little girl is growing up! :wub: She lost her first tooth today!
She was playing with her plush cow Moo-shu and I noticed that one of her teeth looked loose so I decided to take a picture of it to document what she looked like with all of her baby teeth :) Then about 15 minutes after than I looked on the floor and there's this itty bitty white little tooth! The same one I looked at before :p I thought you all might enjoy seeing some pictures :) She'll be putting her tooth under her little pillow tonight in hopes to recieve a bone from the yorkie tooth fairy ;) :p

She is 22 weeks old and one day today! :) I'm saving her tooth and putting it in her baby book! :)

Awe, your baby is growing up. I'm always ambivalent when they lose their first tooth. I'm so sad that they are growing up, but then again happy that they are growing up, LOL. I guess I'm just odd.

Hahaha great pics! I DID notice when Louie would lose a tooth...but not my Bella....she probobly ate it the moment it came out! You have a tooth fairy moment for sure! Congrats to your baby.......awww growing up for sure. :p

How sweet. I have quite a few teeth from the girls I saved in jars. Max will be 22 wekks next Tuesday. I'll have to check more often for loose ones.

Awww. Aren't they cute little teeth. I saved one of Chloe's canine (I know, she's a dog, they're all canine teeth LOL) teeth when it fell out.

Well, I guess the Tooth Fairy is coming tonight! I wonder how much $$ the Tooth Fairy leaves for a Yorkie tooth?

Aw, I know exactly what you mean! It makes me sad that she's growing up, but I'm happy too! :) Has Miss. Q lost any teeth yet?

LOL I know, well, it helps that my carpets in that room are a dark burgundy and I am anal about them being clean. I never want any bits of crumbs or anything on them because anything on the floor Jewelina will stick in her mouth! When I saw this white speck on the floor I actually thought it was a piece of a plastic shaving or something like that and when I went to bend down to get it I saw that it was her tooth! :eek:

Thank you! She has quite a few in her mouth that are pretty loose! I have the feeling more will be coming out soon :rolleyes: I was lucky that one came out and that I found out, not so sure I'll be as lucky with the rest. They are so small she could easily swallow them and knowing her if they get in her mouth she probably will :rolleyes:

Thank you! She has about 3-4 that look really loose right now. They are all right up in the front too! I told her today pretty soon she is going to be toothless! :eek: She'll definetly get an extra special bone :) Just not sure she'll have any teeth left to chew on it with! :yelrotflm

Hannah has lost some teeth too. She is 6 months old and about 3-4 weeks ago I noticed that all the teeth in her front lower gum was gone. About a week later I bought her a little soft doll and she was chewing on it and I noticed blood on it and when I looked her fang tooth (I can't remember what it is called) was just hanging there, a few minutes later I noticed something in her face hair and it was her tooth. It seemed like every other day I found one in the floor. I have found 3 of the big back teeth in the floor. One of the teeth came out while I was brushing her teeth. I wonder how many she has swallowed. I was worried that she wouldn't loose her baby teeth and she would have to have them extracted, but now I am worried that she will not have any teeth to eat with.

Oddly no (at least not that I've seen). I don't know how that could be she loves to chew! I have a feeling I'm going to have to put her through surgery to get them pulled much later on. They are stubborn little buggers. LOL!

Oh goodness! I don't think Jewelina has swallowed any yet :rolleyes: I too was worried about her having to have her teeth extracted but now it seems like all of them in the front of her mouth are about ready to come out! :eek:

Well, I've heard it can take from 5-7 months so maybe she is just a late bloomer. We'll hope so anyway, I'd hate for the poor thing to have go through surgery to get them pulled. I don't think anyone likes going to the dentist including yorkies! :rolleyes:
Have you tried giving her a pixie stick? Jewelina chews on them all the time and today I found another tooth on the ground while she was chewing on her pixie stick. I was laughing about it and told her that for Christmas all she was going to want was he two front teeth! :p :p :p

I remember when Tink's first tooth came out. I thought it was so exciting and then to see her big teeth come in...:p I miss her puppy days.. Jewelina will be all grown up before you know it!

Don't I know it! :rolleyes: She's already turning into quite the young lady. It seems like her front teeth have already come back in! It is amazing how fast that happened. I think she lost about 3-4 more teeth today. I found two of them but don't know where the other two are. I told her pretty soon she is going to be toothless! :eek:
