Mine sleeps with me when the mood strikes her;) usually, she just sleeps in her own bed though i dont mind when she sleeps with me though |
Roxy sleeps with me faithfully and I can't wait until Remi is big enough to. Sometimes, the cats sleep with me, too.:) |
Boo-Boo and Pheoebe sleep with me and my partener. Pheoebe always sleeps next to my partener and Boo-Boo puts his head on my pillow and he is sooooooooooo cute...I would't miss that for anything in the world. |
can't even imagine not sleeping with sadie!!! and when i get my puppy this summer, she'll sleep with us tooooo! |
All my little dogs sleep with me. I have a staircase on my side of the bed just for them. The Belgian Malinois sleeps on the floor next to my bed and the Shep. sleeps on the kitchen floor, where it's cooler. The big dogs thought they were going to sleep with me, but they hog the bed worse than my husband. LOL |
Diezel slept in his crate in the beginning (the bf was afraid of crushing him) He was fine in the crate then once I gave the boyfriend the boot I brought him in my bed and that is where he has stayed. Most nights he is good. I have gotten used to his intial 20 minutes roaming the bed time before he actually cuddles and lays down. But he is a serious morning puppy and when that clock strikes 630am he is up and he is relentless in trying to wake me up until I get out of the bed. And for no reason...lol But I would not have it any other way. |
Its funny reading your replies that your babys sleep in bed with you as we have had Louie for nearly a month now and I only found out last week that my daughter has has him bed with her since we got him, :eek: I don't mind though as long as they are both happy (and sleeping) :D |
LOL it is funny I pictured in my mind everyone of your responses. Chato does the same when my alarm clock goes off he gotta wake me up until i get up. Then when I go to take a shower he steals my flip flops! Mika the baby cuddles in my chest meanwhile chato like to go on my stomach legs or sometimes in my neck! And I agree with you I sure love it and I would not have it any other way! |
HAHA...well we have my 6'4 husband, myself, my 20 month old son, our 97 pound pointer, and Holly in our queen sized bed. Lola sleeps in her bed on the floor right next to ours. Needless to say I do not get a good nights sleep. LOL. I am sure once Lola is older she will join us too! Holly sleeps on our pillows above our heads and Blitz at our feet so it is not too bad. Then our son in between us. It is a sight that is for sure! |

I've had several dog over the past 5 decades, but these two little Yorkie girls are the first to ever sleep with us. I didn't let them till they were almost two years old though because I didn't want to take a chance at having one pee, or want to go potty every few hours. :p I really don't know why I started letting them into our bed. Maybe because they are so darn cute and cuddly. :D |
I let Max sleep with me since he was about 3 months old. Then I crated him because he was marking and peeing all over the house. I missed him sleeping with me so much that as soon as he stopped peeing, and was retrained, I let him right back into my bed. I get the morning face lick which can go on for soooo long if I don't get up. He's the happiest little thing in the morning, bouncing around, playing, and doing the happy dance. Judy |
I didn't let Yuki sleep with me when I first got her because she wasn't potty trained. I used to keep her in the kitchen and I would check up on her in the middle of the night to make sure she was still breathing (yes, I am paranoid!). Once she was potty trained I let her sleep with me, and she's been in my bed ever since! If I ever tried to sleep without her she'd have a major fit, and would bark all night long!:) Morning time is my favorite with her... she's so sweet! Sometimes she'll be crazy and lick my arms, face, feet (usually b/c she has to go to the bathroom), but most of the time she'll just come up by my chest and snuggle with me until I get up. I just love her!:love: |
Gracie sleeps with me sometimes but she sleeps with my parents for some reason lately even though she is my dog lol yeh so enjoy it ... i miss it sometimes!!! |
