That is very disturbing to say the least. :( Those people obviously have some serious mental issues that need to be dealt with. I feel very sorry for the owners, but as horrible as this may sound, I can't help but think they are partially to blame.

I can't help but go back to this though. They said they saw the men near him in the parking lot earlier that day? Why on Earth was a 2 pound dog (or ANY dog for that matter) left alone outside where it was even accessible to anyone in the first place.:confused:

I can't even imagine what kind of life any children have that have the misfortune of living with or even around these PIGS.

I must say I agree I have to wonder why any 2lb yorkie would be wandering outside alone.

This just breaks my heart. I didn't realize it was in 2004 until after I sent the owner an e-mail. I probably just re-opened a wound. I want to do something to help. Maybe we could all come up with something since it's still an open case. :( :mad:

I sent one as well before I realised when it happened. :eek: I never even thought to look at the date, just assumed it was new.

DEATH PENALTY!!!! If anyone ever touched one of my dog's i would definitely be up for murder. I just don't get why someone would do such a cruel thing to an innocent animal...its disgusting!!!!!! :mad:

I didn't read it till the end I couldn't I'm so sad when I see ppl who are hitting thair dogs etc.. I really can't stand it... I hope that the someone will do the same to the guy who done this...

As sad as that story is....it's almost 3 years old - I remember when it hit the news :( :( it had national attention. It was sick and evil but chances are you'd be wasting your time trying to petition anyone now.
