just some random pics... more to come :)

1. just looking beautiful as usual
2. demonstrating what will happen if anybody messes with her mama
3. at our model home looking out for people that might "mess with her mama"

She is a cutie!!!
She still has the puppy looks.
My Momiji is 26 weeks (6 1/2 month) so she now looks like miniture yorkie....
I miss the puppy stage!!!
I love the second picture!!! (I promis I won't mess with her!!!! I don't want to end up like that stuffed animal....) :D

Maggie is a little doll.
Picture #2 is hysterical. She really means business if anyone
messes with her momma it looks like. Even her eyes are crossed:p

Yes you are right...she is gorgeous!! :D That's a pretty long coat for 5 months....or maybe my Toby was just coat challenged at that age. I wish I could do topknots like that!! :rolleyes:

that is one of the things that made me get maggie...at 10.5 weeks, she had soooooooo much hair. all of the pups did. and i fell in love with her immediately. she had the exact personality i was looking for and she was just such a lover. but she did have a very full coat even then. and we give her brewers yeast every day and i brush her at least twice a day. so her coat gets lots of attention. i have even had her cut twice since I got her...so it has really grown a lot. the first time i had her cut, it was really short all over her body. here's a pic. the 2nd time, was just a trim all over. and i plan on letting her hair grow long. i will keep her muzzle short but her head and the rest of her will be long.

WOW!! That was alot of coat for 10 1/2 weeks!!! She does have a very nice coat!!!:) Peanut has a cottony coat and HATES being brushed. I brush her every morning but she only tolerates it for the treat she gets when I'm done. Toby has a thin wirey coat and bites the brush, so I keep his hair pretty short to avoid losing a hand or some fingers. ;)

maggie likes to attack her brush or comb too but she gets in big trouble for it so she is learning that it is best to just sit and let mommy do what she needs to do :) we have gotten used to it and it goes pretty quickly if she cooperates. we have our days tho.

oh, her first hair cut was at 16 weeks. so 6 weeks ago. her hair really has grown a lot since then

Toby came to me at 16 (or was it 18??) weeks and did not need a hair cut for about a year. LOL! I envy you....now I am thinking I should pay more attention to the coat factor in my puppy search. Hmmmm.....:rolleyes:

i have to say, i have learned so much from this forum about what to look for. I also did not think about underbites or overbites when looking for my puppy and maggie has an underbite. i only got her for a pet so i am not overly concerned about it but my next girl will be for breeding (a few years from now) and i am learning so much about what to look for. I have found a wonderful breeder that I will buy from next time. she is out of state but i met her on a much smaller, more personal forum and have gotten to know her quite well. I will certainly know what to look for next time :) i think with maggie, i was looking more at the coat and the personality and nothing else :) and i did great on getting those...and to me, maggie is PERFECT...but next time i will be checking that baby up and down, inside out LOL since she will be a mommy to some puppies one day :)
