I don't think it's cruel, it's like 'stuffing' puppies in flower pots or boots to take a cute picture (please don't get me wrong here...). It is unsanitary though and the fridge IS messy... I wouldn't post it for the whole world to see if that was mine fridge.

This reminded me of when Kacee when we first got her. She loves baby carrots and whenever I'd ask her if she wanted a carrot, she'd put her two front feet in the fridge watching me get a carrot every time. :D

I could see crawling at least on the bottom shelf if they are a climber. The other day I was loading the dishwasher... turned around and there was Sam on the door trying to climb in the utensil holder!

I don't think the pic is "cute" either.

I also do not think it is "cute" that she feeds her baby greenies or "drags" it along by the leash

I personally didnt find it cute at all. Its very unsanitary in a fridge, also I wouldnt let a puppy chew on a string or anything like a string. I would be too afraid they would swallow it. I give most of her pics a thumbs down...:thumbdown :thumbdown :thumbdown

I don't think it's cute at all:thumbdown I know for a fact that Yorkies dont have an undercoat and get cold easily, dont they?? Tinkerbell does:rolleyes:

Not cute at all and yes her fridge is a mess:eek:

I guess I kinda don't see the big deal about it. No, it's not a cute picture, but doesn't look like puppy abuse either. There must be a cute story behind it....the dog's habit of climbing into the fridge to look for its treats, or something.

If it's just a "posed" pic, there are a lot more cute ones they could have taken, but again, I don't see the abuse. After all, if they're taking a pic, that means the door is OPEN! :D

The puppy is on the top shelf -- I am pretty sure no Yorkie could get up to the top shelf by itself. I don't think it is abuse either, just a poor decision to do it and even poorer one to photograph it. It reminded me of the one squished into a very small bird cage. They both just felt wrong even though both owners undoubtedly love their babies. Now, I better go clean my own fridge! Knowing the irony of my life, mine will probably climb in while the door is open as if to say -- "Who can't climb to the top?" LOL!

I think that they were probably just trying to show the size of the Yorkie. I agree, though, not cute at all.
