S.E.P. (Stop Eating Poop) Works! My Bindi had been eating poop (his, Tika's, Madden's, probably the cat's too!!) and not only was I disgusted with it - I FINALLY got tired of it. So yesterday I bought S.E.P. (Stop Eating Poop) and mixed it in with their dry food. I wasn't sure if they would eat their food with the stuff in it because they're both picky eaters - but they did! Late last nite we found some poop - so I got rid of that. And this morning....WOW!! LOTS OF POOP!! :D Bindi didn't eat it - YAY!! I hope this continues (fingers crossed). Now if I can only get him to stay in his pen during the day and stop pee'ing on my bed...I'll be one happy mommy  LOL |
what is it....is it liquid pill etc? where did you find it? and did it give any of them a more runny/loose stool? -i've tried the gammit of things and i want so desperately to find a cure, but dont want to upset my baby's tummy :) |
Someone here said she mixed ground alfalfa sprouts and annis seed in the food and that stopped the poop eating too. I think annis is also sold in liquid form too. As for the bed wetting, I wouldn't let him in the bed at all till hes older and wiser. |

Oops! I forgot to mention, it's in a fine powder form. A little stinky to me, but the pups liked it. |
Thanks for the infromation. Pixie is a poop eater mostly the other 2 dogs if I am not quick enough. |
mine too.. my Louie always has done it and if I catch him, I scold him. It's so nasty.. specially if he burps...ewwwwww But I'm not sure I'll be able to find that stuff around here. We only have 1 pet store here in town. And they ahrdly carry anything. |
I want one too as I am so frustrated with Tiger eating poop all the time  |

I found this link to buy the SEP for dogs to stop eating poop. I tried putting the plain meat tenderizer on maggies and it worked for me so far. well i see this link didnt work. i'll post another one. |

http://www.ihelppets.com/Solid-Gold/...ating-poop.htm well here is another link that I found, maybe it works. this is the address that came up for it and it is there. |
Can cats eat this stuff too? We have 4 litter boxes in the house and my little guy raids them every chance he gets. I thought it was because he wasn't fed properly before i got him and he just thinks he has to eat everything. He will eat constantly if I let him, cat poop, cat food and anything that falls on the floor. It is so gross I don't want him to get in my face. I will have to try this stuff if cats can eat it. |
Hey! I'm the alfalfa + annise seed gal. So far it's still working on Jolie. I feed it to all three of my kids. It's been a few weeks and Jolie won't touch the poop . I almost got the S.E.P. but I read the ingrediants in that and for the other stuff and they both had alfalfa & annise so I just tried the two and so far so good. It's inexpensive and natural! I just didn't want to have stuff I couldn't pronounce in their diet - LOL! |
Just to let you know, I came home and there was poop! :-) And more poop tonite. I'm starting to feel relief, but still "on-guard" cuz I can't trust my Bindi - LOL :D |

we are using the powder form didnt know there was other options? |
Try using ACCENT, the food seasoning. It is much cheaper than the S.E.P. (I am by no means not saying don't try SEP). I just want to tell you what I did. My Vet suggested it and it worked. I put a 1/4 tsp sprinkled on his food and he stopped. I only had to do it 1 time. He hasn't done it since and it has been over a year. Just another option I wanted to throw out there. :D Good luck! |
oh I Meant we are using the sep powder form, I went to a couple of stores for annis seeds and couldnt find them ground up-so went w/the sep powder... it had really good reviews :( and wasnt cheap either. oh well, maybe when i've given up on this, i'll try the annis seeds.. if I can find them. |

Thanks |
My Lily sometimes transports it from her pee pad in the hallway to the kitchen and sometimes along the way decides to eat it. Can't figure out why. Tried 2 pads, one for poop and one for pee. Sometimes work and sometimes doesn't. Added Garlic and meat tenderizer to food. Not working. WIll try the SEP. Is this common for Yorkies or all dogs. |
