i dont know but i mean its worth posting so someone can get them i mean before i got my boy i know i wanted a baby you know i mean i know thats wrong to just want a baby but i did and i didnt know they had them on petfinder. so now someone can have a baby and rescue it too. i mean they are sooo adorable!

Sounds like you are the person I need to find me a Maltese puppy. :) I'm wanting one that will be around 4# grown so she & my 4# Yorkie can be best buds but I don't want to have to mortgage my home to get her.:confused:

there are plenty of malteses on there go look at petfinder put in what you want like baby or adult, size you want, breed, your zip code

look they are so small i mean that would be like going to a breeder and looking at him and leaving lol! They need to be with a home (as do the rest) but they are so young

You know what? If I were looking for another male to show, this would be a NO BRAINER. I could always get an ILP number on the dog and for sports other than Conformation, they can be neutered.

Perhaps after I have my baby and she's a little over a year I'll get another male to compete w/. I'll keep this site in mind!

Just so everyone understands, Petfinder is only setup for rescue organizations, animal control etc. This is not a website to sell puppies. There is an adoption fee.

Puppies could be on here because a breeder turned in the litter, or a byb bust.

I found both my babies off of Petfinder. My maltese was posted in the classified by an owner. She was 2 yrs old and only $200...........what a deal, steal I got on her and she is just a great girl. Then we were looking for a companion for her and found our little Toby boy on Petfinder classified for $350 with AKC papers. He is a great dog! So I would recommend at least giving it a look as there are some people that just love their dogs but can't keep them due to circumstances as was the case with both of mine!!!

Both of mine were from individuals on the classified section not under rescue.

i think they are in the classifieds section. and i seen that i accidently put sale instead of adoption in my subject but it was too late to change it when i realized it. but if you read the site about the puppy they should realize its adoption!

I'm in Kansas and thats sooo close to me... But my boyfriend would kill me. If I even mention another dog he says NO! 2 Yorkies are enough for now... Considering we're in college... I suppose he's correct... :confused:

I really want to get another baby girl in about a year...but they dont have any in my area :(

Do you guys know of any other site where you can adopt puppys. I'm hoping for 4-6 months and about 5lb's because my Chewy is pretty agressive. A 2lber wouldnt make it in my house.
