Help with a name please!!!! Hi all, My daughter and I are picking up two yorkie puppies on Saturday. We have decided to call the little boy Riley, but we can not seem to agree on a girls name. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!........:D Thanks! |
Rainey? Ruthie? Kiley? Keely? Rose? |
Don't know why but the name Shae came to mind...Just sounds nice together...Riley & Shae. |
I like all of those, my daughter doesn't!!!!!!!!!........... That is our problem....names I like she doesn't and names she likes I don't!! We have been through Lexi, Carly, Josie, Chloe, Jasmine, Roxie, Jo, Zoey and the list goes on and on........We are both looking for something different. Wish us LUCK!!!!!!!!!!..........:D |
Pixie, Asia, Daphne, Kissie, Kandi, Phoebe, Missy, Doodle, Tippy, Dezzi, Ellie, Maddie, Puddin, Kenzie Ok...I'm done for now :) I may be back later LOL I love girl names... mandee |
What about Sadie, Emma, Kasey, Kallie, Miley, or Izzy |
How about Portia or Thea?? |
Why not select a first name from those you like and a middle name from those your daughter likes? If you need to, flip a coin to see who gets to choose the first name. It might be one of those things that after living with the baby for a little while a name will come naturally. |
I like Ruby or Maisie Grace. |
I'm not sure I'd go with rhyming names...although they sound cute it might be confusing for the puppies! Why not check out the thread for yorkie names...there are tonnes that popped up! My husband and I googled several lists of dog names...we each wrote down our personal favorites and narrowed it down from there. It also helps to have the puppy at home...we were sure that we would name our female Diva...but one look at her sweet little face, we knew that name was not going to fit her personality. Who knows....maybe your pup will introduce herself to you :) |
Thanks everyone, I have written the names down ( I love all of them!!!!) and see how it goes tomorrow..... lizziepooh_1 I think you are right I just need to wait on her personality to show and then hopefully the name will fall into place........and the little boy just looks like a Riley so his name was pretty easy....if that makes any sense......:D Gracie2006 thanks for the suggestion but the way we are disagreeing over the puppy's name we would probably have a knock down drag out fight over who gets to flip the quarter...........:lol tears .............j/k..........LOL!!!! :thumbs up |
Kiley definately |
here's my 2 cents: Reese, Bryn, McKenna, Camryn, Raina. |
Got another one for you. How about Robie? |
I am not sure if you want names that sound alike but my neighbors daughter is named Raylee. I love it, but it might be to close to Riley. |
