My Rhapsody is missing!
 
I'm devastated. I know I haven't posted in a while with the busy school year, but this is the only place I can really come to to talk about what's happened.

I let Rhapsody and Tiger outside when my daughter and I got home from her kindergarten class. We have a large yard surrounded by a six foot privacy fence, and we've never had any problems. About 10 minutes later, after helping my daughter change into her play clothes, I hadn't heard any barking at the door (which was odd). I went outside to investigate, and Tiger was there looking bewildered and running around, but Rhapsody was nowhere to be seen. No barking. . . nothing. . . no holes . . . just gone. I've been searching the rest of the day with no leads or clues. She had to of been taken from the yard, but we didn't see or hear anyone. . .

My poor daughter, Rachel, keeps breaking into tears since Rhapsody was her dog. Rhapsody would always follow her around and lay on her bed. I don't know what to do now.

Oh, I\'m so sorry! That does sound odd but maybe there\'s a hole you can\'t see. Start combing the area. There\'s a good thread somewhere here that has good tips for finding lost dogs. I\'ll be checking back for hopefully good news.....

OMG:eek: I don\'t even know what to say!!! I\'ll be praying that you get some clue as to what has happened so you know where to begin!!! start knocking on doors and get your neighbors involved!!! and alert the pounds and local vets!!!!

Oh no - I agree - CHECK WITH ALL YOUR NEIGHBORS First - especially the kids - they know everything and GOOD LUCK !

I\'ll be praying for her safe return.
Talk to neighbors, make posters and posted everywhere, I mean all over the town. Not only your neighbor but across the town as well, just in case.
If someone stole your Rhapsody, then people may recognize her with stranger.
Oh I hope Rhapsody is O.K......

I am soooo sorry. Talk to everyone, could he possibly be in one of your side neighbors backyards?? Hoping you find him before nightfall!!! :(

I hope you find her, I know that\'s an awful feeling. I would start walking around your neighberhood and going door to door. Hopefully somebody finds her. I will say a prayer for you and your baby. Good luck!

OMG I almost broke into tears myself about your baby. I pray that you find your little one safely. Keep us posted.

That\'s terrible. Start knocking on doors first. Call the local police dept
and pound. PUt flyers up and on windshields. I hope you find her.
