snow snow and more snow what are you guys out there with low-rider yorkies doing in all of the snow that keeps falling?.... i have a 2 year old who has a super short haircut and a 4 mo old puppy who I just can't take outside because they are always muddy by the time we get home from our walk. It seems like a really bad year for snow here in denver and I was just curious if there are others out there having this problem.... :) |
Our boyz go out on our front deck so we just shovel an area for them to use. We just got way too much snow so my husband got the snow blower up on the deck and cleaned it off for them but their fenced area off of the deck probably won't even be visable again for a long time! |
My Husband shoveled our porch and an area on the grass for ours but Chachi doesnt mind the snow he loves it. Jewels only stays on the shoveled areas |
We are having a blizzard today in northern NY! Almost 2 feet on the ground. So yeah, it's a problem. We usually clear a small area on our deck by the back door. My boys run out and do their business, then run back in. They haven't had a proper walk in almost two weeks because the temps have been in the single digits. I try to exercise them in the house as much as possible, but some days I can see they have cabin fever. It's been a long winter! |
Snow! Here in Indy, we got 10 inches yesterday with some ice mixed in. I usually put the boots on and tramp down the path they like to take around the yard. It's funny to see the tops of their heads and backs flying down the trails I make for them. If it's too deep for me to make trails, they just have to use potty pads or I always shovel the back patio for them. It's funny, I shovel for my boys, before I shovel the driveway!!!!! |
