I am so terribly sorry for your loss. God bless and comfort you. |
I'm so sorry. I wish there was something that could be said to ease the ache in your heart. |
I am so sorry for your loss, I will keep you in my prayers. |
I am so sorry your little Toby has crossed The Bridge. My heart goes out to you. Run free in the fields of flowers, Li'l Toby, and keep watch over your Mommy. God's Peace be with you. :( |
Oh, dear, I didn't even want to open your post, but I want you to know that my heart goes out to you and I am so sorry you lost your beloved Toby. I know how I felt when I lost Poco and how I would feel if I lost Molly. You did the right thing - you wouldn't have let him suffer in the future either... Welcome - I'm glad you came here.... I am so sorry for your loss. I went through the same thing back in November and it still hurts today. Toby knows he was loved and had a great life and you were only trying to make his life comfortable and better. Again, I'm so sorry. Toby Rest in Peace. |

This thread is nearly two years old but it is sad what happened. |
I know how you feel about loosing Toby. I lost my Julz in Oct to Kidney failure. I did get another one 3 weeks later (i started researching breeders 2 months prior)and never will another yorkie replace, the gone, our new Dudley is helping us with the void our souls were left with. There isn't a day that goes by that i don't think about Julz. I mostly smile about her now but there are days the tears still fall. Know that you are not alone on this site. My thoughts are with you. |
I am so sorry, my heart breaks for you. |

I am very sorry for your loss :( But you were only doing what you thought was for the best for him Remember that he will no longer suffer and remember him for what a good dog he always was to you |
I am also so, so very sorry for your loss - this is just completely and totally heartbreaking  May your sweet baby Rest In Peace :rbyorkie: Just a note to posters: This thread is almost a year old - it was started on February 13th of last year. |
I\'m so sorry to hear that your Toby passed away during his surgery. We lost our Blue-Merle Sheltie Chynna Blue in 2006 and our Ger. Shep. Raine in 2007 both of them had Kidney Problems. Chynna had two tumors, 1 on her Kidney and 1 on her bladder. Raine was spayed young because she had Cancer and her sphynkter went. None of the meds helped and we had to have them put to sleep. I know how you\'re feeling. But, as time goes on the hurt you\'re feeling will lessen. Remember all the wonderful memories you have of your time with Toby. He\'s @ the Rainbow Bridge now and he\'s in no more pain. You will see him again someday. Blessings to you and your family, :hands::hug::rbyorkie: |
I too am so very sorry. |
We are all so sorry for your family. |
:( I\'m so sorry for your loss. |
I am very sorry for your loss. I also have a Tobey and I don\'t know what I will do without him. They aren\'t just pets to us who really love them. I am sure Toby knew how much you loved him and that you were the best mom to him while he was here. |
I am so terribly sorry for your loss but remember, Toby will be waiting at the Rainbow Bridge for you when the time comes. You WILL be together again. RainbowsBridge.com Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge. When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable. All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor. Those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind. They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster. You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart. Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together.... Author unknown... |

*hugs* I\'m so very very sorry for your loss. I know you are heartbroken. I know what your going thru as it happened to me as well, except she survived surgery, only for me to have to put her down the day before TG last year. I\'m still heartbroken. By last year, not 2008 but 2007. It\'s never easy.. My heart goes out to you. |
I am so sorry for your loss. My prayers are with you at this time. |
