Klepto Chloe is an underwear snatcher!! 4 Attachment(s) Underwear, socks, anything small you name it- she steals it. I call chloe my little klepto. Its so funny, she takes anything that she can carry and she hides it in her bed or IN her food bowl. If I think I have lost something I just have to check under the cushion in her bed! I have never had a dog do this and it cracks me up! She is the best thing ever! I swear she guards her "stolen treasures" too, by sleeping with one eye open. She just lives to play. Peanut does that too!! He will run into one of the bedrooms when we open the door, grab what he can - socks, undies, whatever - and hauls buns into the living room! He knows he isn't allowed to have it, so trying to catch him to get it back is always a challenge! :D |
You are sooo lucky! I know it sounds funny, but you should be happy that your little Klepto only steals socks and underwear! Rocky has some odd fascination with KEYS! We thought it was funny, at first, for him to paw at our pockets or dig in my purse to find them. That was until my husband was an hour and a half late for work because both of our keys were missing! We finally found them under the couch, along with a couple of other stray keys! And, of course, he barked at us the whole time we were finding his stash!!! :eek: At least you can find another sock to put on! LOL! My husband was very embarassed to go to work and have to explain that the dog "ate his keys"! :rolleyes: |
thats funny. I cant believe he likes keys. I absolutley love that chloe steals stuff. It highly amuses me. I am sure one day it will get old, but for right now I am enjoying it. I also like chasing her to try to get my items back. |
lol! Are all those lumps under her all her toys?! How cute! I love her little shirt, as well!! Fred loves to steal socks. Sometimes, he'll try to pick up two on the same trip. He then finds out he can't fit two in his mouth without the other falling out so he'll just go back and forth until he collects them all. He hasn't gotten into the habit of hiding them though! |

Memphis has a fasination with my underwear, he will grab them and shake them with all his mite then take them and stash them somewhere. So far since I have had Memphis I have figured out that I have gone through about $40 in underwear cause he likes to chew up the crotches. :aimeeyork |
