no i didnt get her we sat at the dallas airport forever! the lady said her mom(the ladys mom) had complications over night and that shes too scared to leave her right now. I was so mad and i called her and just cried! i still talked to her real nice but i was like just spilling out everything like we waited for 2 weeks and no puppy and we are the ones that have stayed in contact not her and that i am the one that got my mom mixed up in this and i feel like its my fault! i also just kinda yelled out is there even a puppy?! i just cried lol! she was like no honey its not your fault and yes there is apuppy i even went back home to dallas to get her so i could send her to you but im so scared my mom will pass away. i was like okay you have a choice you put her on the next flight or you send our money back. she called back and decided she was gonna send the money back plus gas for driving to dallas


and we understand her mom is sick but she didnt bother to call us that morning and tell us. she didnt call till we called her at the airport!



she sent the money certified mail today and gave us a tracking number!


but Thanks to LOPSI (she referred me to her breeder) im getting a little boy, the deposit was so low so i wouldnt be worried if they took it and it was through paypal and we make the rest of the payment when we go get him

Whew! Poor you! Must have been really really upset and heart broken! I was worried there that you were gonna get scammed, but I'm thrilled to hear that you got your money back and have found another puppy. That's great news and he is so cute!

thanks! well the money is not here yet because she sent it today through certified mail so maybe tomorrow or thursday! hopefully! but we do have a tracking number that should start tracking tomorrow. says on usps site that it wont track the same day sent.


also about how much does the first vet check cost for the heath guarantee?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this does not sound good to me. First of all, I believe you said in another post that she said she had brought the puppy with her to her mother's. Now, she's saying she went home to get it? If she does, in fact, send a certified check - be extremely careful with it. Take it to a bank to have it verified. There are people out there fraudulently creating these things.

I certainly hope all of this works out for you, but I would be very concerned. Please keep us posted. Whatever happens, I hope you get the baby of your dreams.

Oh wow - I was very leery of that other woman and so sorry you sat waiting like that - I was afraid that would happen - I can't believe you were put thru that for nothing.....but things ARE working out for you right ??? I hope you get your new baby and have the best life with him - congratulations and PLEASE just try to recoup what you can with that other lady - she sounds like she needs to get OUT of the puppy biz if she even HAS puppies.:( I hope you do get your money back - keep on her !!

Is that south or north from you? I am in Texas and plan to purchase a new baby in the months to come:D, not sure when since I will be going on a trip and would like to wait until after the trip which is in March. Does she have a website? Congratulation on your new baby, hope everything goes well:D
