My 2 Cents
Petland charges $2500 to $3500 for there caged yorkies & who knows where they came from. A repuitable breeder that is charging the same, less or more...I would rather buy from them. I do think its sad when any place cages there animals for breeding & has so many that no time is spent w/the breeder dog to make it suitable to be homed & loved as a pet later, not saying they should never be crated just saying some never leave the crate. If they didnt have crates to hold their females in heats or studs sometimes they couldnt control their breeding which would not be good either. Anyways back to price Its their dog they can ask what they want, I really dont mean that the way it sounds:p But if someone is willing to give $10,000 & another willing to give $400 let them get what they want for the price they want. The same breeder can have different priced pups for diffferent reasons & thats their choice- size, looks & maybe sometimes just because they favor a pup & think its worth more, but mainly it just because it is:) . I'm not a breeder. But I research the breed alot & visit alot of sites. Hope you find what you are looking for at the price you want to pay. I know that is a hard combination to find. |
