I hope its not a scam. Do be careful and then again I hope it is a scam and you all find out, Id hate to know that some one would really leave all these baby's behind. Where on petfinders did you see this? do you have the link? I would also take in a female puppy if it is true. So add me to your list. I also live in Ohio. |
Advice. I am happy that some of you are thinking or trying to get these babies but I have a word of caution. If you are wanting them to add to your breeding program or thinking of just getting one to breed, think carefully about it because you don't know anything about these dogs background and you could ruin your whole line. i am anxious to see how it works out for you all. good luck and let's hope it isn't a scam. |

Well, I for one am not a breeder.....I would not be breeding them. Just helping to give them love and help find them a loving home! Who really knows what these dogs have been thru or what kind of faults they have. I just want them to be loved!!!!! |
not a breeder, don't want to be. But before I line the pocket of another backyard breeder. {husband bought a yorkie boy mix last night} who dona t believe in shots or wormings or basic care. and breeds and sells for hundards of dollars. I'd rather rescue and get that poor thing up on it's paws spoil it rotten and give it part of ma soul. if it'sa scam. fine God have Mercy on that fool for a badly written add. if it's true. there's a home with six square meals, two couches and three human beds and alteast ten dog beds and two cats whom are very good with everyone. if I can adopt. if not. well I'm willing to help. sign me up. ty |

I'm in Cincinnati and I know where Mansfield is I have a friend that lives there.Let me know if you here anything. |
I thought she put in the ad the dogs were sold on a spay/neuter basis. I am not sure how that would work with the pregnant dogs. I am not sure why if she is just trying to get rid of them she would worry about a spay neuter agreement if the ad was not a scam. |
I added the person to my aol buddy list I will keep my eye's opened.........if it's not a scam and someone can help me get a girl baby to NYC I'm in for being a new forever home....... |
any news yet?? |
She hasn't emailed me. Beginning to think it was a scam. But if I hear anything, I will let you lnow. |

On the other hand if we give her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she got an overwhelming response and either placed them already, or is still trying to get back with everybody...who knows....sounds fishy though. |

PetFinder ad... Just my opinion... I think this must be a scam! I read on a rescue organizations website that when "Backyard Breeders" or "puppy mills" are looking to sell out and stop breeding they go to these private animal auctions. They apparently occur mainly in the midwest but in some other places too and are apparently pretty horrible to witness. The dogs are treated horribly and are sold to the highest bidder like meat! The emphasis is soley on how much cash can be made off this dog and has no interest in the animals health. Most of the animals at the auction are sick and have injuries that have never been treated (like broken limbs and such). Other puppy mill breeders or brokers for pet shops go to the auctions and buy new dogs to replenish their "breeding stock". Horrible! The rescue organization goes in undercover and will buy as many of the dogs as they can (with the donation money they collect) to adopt out to good homes. The sickest part is the article said that many of the dogs are AKC registered and that there is a representative there from the AKC to sign over the registration papers to the new owner or shall we call them "slave master". Its just sick!  If this lady (who obviously didn't care about her animals) was really trying to get out of dog breeding why wouldn't she take her dogs to a place like that, or even list them in the paper. She could sell them for much more than the adoption fees listed (as we all know) and then move on! It just seems weird. If she was able to just leave her pets like that then she obviously didn't care about them and so she was probably just in it for the money! So why would she not try to cash out! I hope it all works out and if these puppies really exist they go to the loving homes they deserve! Be carefull you know how crumy people can be.... |
Ad for Yorkies Has anyone heard anything yet? I can't find the ad either, I am sure it is a scam, I even offered my cell number, who would rent to someone w/ that many animals, usually renting means "no pets" let alone breeding them...Please keep me posted everyone...Also you can turn the email address into the websight for possible fraud... yml |
I Heard From Her !!!!!! I received an email that said THANKS BUT THEY ALL FOUND HOMES I think it is safe to say she will never pursue this sight again, she met true Yorkie Lovers that will do anything to help rescue them...Thanks Everyone! yml: |
I just posted that I got an email from her, pass it on...yml |
