yes, I have a thief :) My gorgeous little queen is always stealing something of mine and hiding it. Usually just houseslippers now..or her favorite toys. I don't dare put my purse down where she can reach it. Mom's things are so shiny and pretty and they're Mom's..she's even taken $ out of my billfold and hid that. Same thief academy. lolol sadielyn |
My babies are theives too, they steal everything though, there latest obsession has been my cell phone charger, they have stolen their fifth charger so far and chewed the cord down so bad it won't charge my phone anymore...I think it is so cute though, it's almost like they know they are not suppose to do certain things and wait til my back is turned to do them, mine so far have never been caught red handed taking something they are very sneaky but Sabrina has been caught trying to bury things in her favorite spot on the couch, I don't know when she's going to realize that the couch is not dirt, she tries to hide everything in the couch even her treats. |
Unfortunately, I also am raising a thief! No amount of scolding or lecturing or withholding love and affection had diminished her desire for my shoes, my socks, my lingerie, and my pjs. She has the plans for a large estate built with these items, but as of today, only the basement as been started and torn bown again and again. It is very doubtful that the manor house will ever be built. But she does dream big! |
Oh she is precious...;) My Trixie will steal anything that she can get her paws on ;) |
I adore my little thief: he will instantly drop what he's taken when told to "drop it". Such a good boy! |

I think its sooo funny! They do it at my boyfriends house too! We didnt realize they were doing it until one day I brought them over, it was a week since their last visit and they ran straight for a chair and picked bones out of the corners! haha Now we watch them do it and its sooo funny!! They will even bury bones behind ME while Im sitting in a chair! I feel bad sometimes though! i wish the chair was dirt haha I feel so bad that they want to bury their bones and cannot! One time I was giving them pieces of bread and they'd take a little piece run away and come back so I figured they were eating it in the other room and coming back for more! Well I found out what they acutally did with the bread later on when I went to go to bed that night! I usually keep my bedroom door closed and that day I forgot.. they were actually running upstairs and 'burying' the bread in my BED! SO i went to bed that night, flipped back the comforter and pieces of bread went FLYING all around my room!!! HAHAHA it was too funny! AND they look soooooo MAD at me when I unearth something they buried!!! |
This is so funny. All of the above sounds like Peanut. He loves underwear, socks, pens, pencils, tissues anything he can get in his mouth. He will run like crazy once he gets hold of them, it usally take a treat to get it out of his mouth. |
Your pictures are priceless. Yes I believe they are all thiefs. Buddy steals my towel when I'm in the shower if I forget to hang it up and just drop it on the lid. Also my slippers, clothes or anything else encluding phone if I don't put it up. Carol & Buddy |
Layla you little orniary little girl lol Thats to funny! |
Yep! We have a glove thief over here. I'm not sure what it is about those five fingered hand warmers but Bella LOVES them. As soon as we take ours off (and set them anywhere) she's after them! I told my daughter to start sticking hers in her pocket, and Bella now knows and takes them out of her pockets!!! |
I can so relate, they take laundry, mostly socks underwear and bras, then take em out in the yard, ugh lol. |
Mine steals dirty undies  , lighter, toilet roll if he can get to it. Oh the one thing he steals best is my heart :D |
